- In part 1of this 3 part series, 20 law enforcement officers were selected to attend the Police Operators Motorcycle School, 12 of which are Chicago Police Officers.
In Part-2 of this series, Chicago Police Sergeant John Maples assigned to the Events Unit explains the challenging 2 week training program. The officers must pass with a score of 75% or better.
Rick Humphreys, Instructor at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety explains the operator’s course.
