    So, let me get this straight:
    1) The cow only produces milk because she's having a loving relationship with a human;
    2) But also you have to have a loving relationship with the cow and take her milk otherwise she will be in discomfort producing milk for 20 years.
    How about this: what if you just stop lying and quit the bovine titty juice? Wouldn't it be better? Magical cows producing milk without being pregnant... 🤦
    Good job Jack cutting through the cow excrement 💪💚

      they didn't drink alcohol, not even Cocacola / Soda.
      but they still drink milk .
      that's their characters ....
      vegans still drink alcohol and Soda, while Haare Krishna don't ..

      vegans don't really care what you consume. If Haare Krishnas want to consume cocaine we don't have a problem with it, as long as it doesn't cause exploitation and cruelty to other sentient beings.

      Haare Krishna community worship to Krishna, their God..
      they don't eat meats and eggs according to Krishna's order ..
      Krishna was once seen on earth, just like Jesus which Christians believe to be son of the God.
      They drink milk because Krishna allows them to drink milk, Krishna himself while on earth used to drink milk.
      vegan activists have various religions, Christians, Hindus, Moslems, even agnostics or atheists.
      Their common point of view is the Love of animals.
      Haare Krishna still consider animals are animals, and humans are humans..
      humans are not animals ..
      animals are something, not someone as the vegans think ..
      vegans consider humans are also animals, while that is not the case for Haare Krishna.
      animals have to be treated humanely because they are animals, not because animals and humans are equal as the vegans think.
      Haare Krishna don't drink Beer / alcohol not even soda, because Krishna never did that while he was on earth, while vegans still drink Cocacola, even alcohol / Beers ..
      so ...
      there isva slight difference between vegans and Haare Krishna.
      veganism seems to be a new religion.

    Great questions you asked, Jack, but he's a liar who wants to keep pretending to himself that there's some sort of "love" relationship going on with the "protected" cow. It's a lie that the baby still gets the milk too. He said "We only try and TAKE" - he means steal - when he could simply drink 19 different types of plant-based milks. Apparently he's a mind-reader that the cow wants to give humans that milk out of love. The only reason the cow keeps giving milk is because they keep sucking it out of her with painful milking machines until she's dry! If that's love, then what is hate?

    • @Carnemexada
      @Carnemexada Рік тому

      You can keep your nut milk. The kids won't drink all of the milk and milking the does helps them to produce more. I don't love my goats, but I certainly don't hate them. A milking machine is more sanitary and really no different than a breast pump.

    Thank you for this example of a respectful conversation on a difficult topic.
    While I absolutely do agree with your points, I think the Hare Krishna believer carries a lifetime of determination with him that what he does is a sign of love and respect for the cows.
    Maybe you have put a seed of doubt in him, maybe not.
    Faith is difficult to argue with.
    Maybe an argument could be had that if they stopped milking, the cow would stop lactating (please factually check this, but for humans this is often the case) and it would improve the cows overall health while still being able to maintain a loving relationship. Benefits all.

    However there’s a flaw in the vegans argument.
    There is a difference between human mother and mother cow in regard to consent to giving milk. Obviously you will see clear signs of rejection if you try to milk a human by force / without their consent… These signs may include, verbal rejection, crying, screaming, fighting, defending etc. However, when you milk a cow that has been protected, cared and LOVED! unlike the fearful, traumatised, cows in the dairy industry) they do not display those signs of rejection/not giving their consent. You can observe your self, they are happy to give milk or they don’t mind. Cows are mothers. They have a lot of oxytocin called the “tend and care hormone”, so naturally they like to give milk especially more so for those human beings who love and serve her as mother.
    Also how are you assuming that the cow doesn’t give consent. What are the signs of consent? Do you expect a cow to follow human behavior and sign a piece of paper?
    In conclusion, cows can be happy to give humans milk.
    Therefore let’s open more Ahimsa Farm Projects! And distribute real LOVE MILK and not Blood Milk and get nourished! #AhimsaMilkIsGood

    So ”love” means using selectively bred animals that produce too much milk? That’s not having their best interest in mind, and neither is milking them to try and keep up the production instead of letting them go dry. Doesn’t that make the udders heavy and uncomfortable, can’t imagine being constantly milked not taking a toll on their bodies?

      If we don’t need to justify things, would it be ok for people to decide that your purpose is to serve them and that you too are not someone, but something that doesn’t need to be considered?
      And them not having interests is just factually false and you know that. They have emotions and intelligence, they sense and feel and think and want. Every animal strives for wellbeing. And you can’t justify acting against someone’s wellbeing without need (which you don’t have) or consent (which you can’t get).

  • @veryveganmom
    @veryveganmom Рік тому +2

    His argument is flawed. Milk production in cows (same as humans) depends on regular milking, following supply and demand. Yes it's possibly for a cow to provide milk after weaning, but only because she's still being milked by a machine! If humans stop milking them, their milk supply decreases. This has nothing to do with a loving 'symbiotic' relationship, it simply an attempt to justify drinking milk at all costs, just because "Lord Krishna did". Another flaw in his arguments (as you pointed out) is that many Hare Krishnas like himself and including many of my family members, consume milk that doesn't come from goshalas or 'Ahimsa' farms so they're still responsible for the exploitation and death of cows. But let's be real, if ARA's went into these goshalas or 'Ahimsa farms' they will surely have exploitative practices. On a side note at a recent Hare Krishna protest in Vancouver they were serving milk in bags from a grocery store. When we asked them where they get their milk, they hid them. As if we're meant to believe they can serve 2000 people with this 'excess' milk made with love😒
    Great outreach, it's hard to argue when someone has the religious blinders on.
