It's easier said then done when someone says to you, (it's going to be alright, your going to be fine) because no one truly knows the torturous pain you feel that befalls you in what ever situation your in. And sometimes when they say things like that you just want to screem... No You Don't! But I think you just summed it up when you said, there's always someone worse off. I do have my days when I feel sooo bad but then I think...there's ALWAYS someone in a worse condition.
