Great place, thanks for the tour. Only problem is the kitchen sink which is a bar sized set way back in the corner. Impossible for washing something larger than dinner plates. Occupant needs to be ordering in.

I made the video for my friend who is the owner of the unit. He rents it out and it occasionally goes on the rental market when tenants move out. I don't know what the current rent is.

+Matt Dude living in New York is expensive as fuck. And apartment could cost up to hundreds of thousands of dollars and the condos there are four times as expensive as mine for the same amount of space.
The washing/dryer is missing. This is a nice small apartment though.
I agree in suite laundry is better. With multiple machines you can wash several loads at once.

Someone else in the comments noticed this but no one seem to acknowledge it. But it actually looks like that small balcony is shared with the unit next-door? That seems like a horrible idea. This tiny balcony in the first place secondly your neighbor can come out and look into your sleeping space.
That style of balcony is called Juliet, as in Romeo and Juliet. Not as useful as a full balcony, the airflow and circulation is better than a window. Great for a romantic song with your lover on the street below.
@@ThrivingFox thanks for the reply but none of those are the issue at hand. It’s a shared balcony with a neighbor that you don’t get to choose. Correct?
@@WulfricTheBlack It is shared. Even my current condo with a full size balcony has a glass partition that can be climbed over. My guess is zoning issues and the narrow sidewalk prevented larger balcony from being cantilevered over the road. A shared Juliet was probably a compromise that fit within rules. If the building was setback to have large balconies then the unit size would be smaller.

Don’t give me wrong it’s a beautiful apartment I love everything about it, except the fact the balcony is shared and that door would need to be covered or else your bedrooms privacy would be nil. A glass partition would even be better than nothing in this case. Just my opinion. Lol. Thank you for sharing it though.
