Ruins of Alph with Unown Radio Interference

Some people have wondered about the Unown radio interference. For those who don't know what I'm talking about: When playing Pokémon Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heart Gold, or Soul Silver, your pokémon items include a radio. When in the section of Johto known as the Ruins of Alph, the only sounds you pick up on the radio is this strange signal -- simply called: "Unown radio interference" (by those who know the Pokémon games).
It is said that one should NEVER, under ANY circumstance, combine the Unown radio interference with the Ruins of Alph background music. Why not? One of those theories is that it could render anyone who hears it...INSANE! So, I guess that I'm safe! OH NO! If YOU are reading this...then THAT means...

The Unowns were always creepy, they don’t really sound like Unown, very ominous especially with the original music in the background

Can confirm. I thought they were nidoran cries in the background too, and even looked up the pokedex to see if any were wild in the area, or a nearby area. When I found out they weren’t, I was confused. I thought maybe they forgot to add them.
