      Why is painful, from a business standpoint you always want to lower costs to maximize profits. Now if maybe the local price was 20% higher maybe he would not go all the way to SA to buy same. People need to stop this business of overpricing especially in this internet age where information is easily available to make price comparisons. Also if your profit margin is lower but you increases your sales volumes you could make more than someone overcharging for any product.
