  • Family isn't everything when they hurt and harm you.
We, as a society, have to be open to the reality that while the concept of family is a beautiful one, it isn't always a reality for other people.
To stay in a family that hurts and harms you isn't a healthy mindset to commit to and should be a mindset that is revisited throughout the life span.
Learning about the unhealthy family dynamic, evil or unhealthy family members, and accepting your reality will make moving ahead with a healthy mind more achieveable.
In this video, I help you explore what may have happened in your own family.

Sometimes in order to heal from past family traumas you have to inspect and evaluate what may have happened to cause the family challenges you have observed. This video offers you some guidance as well as this one here: ua-cam.com/users/live7uZNvnwrEIU.

When it becomes a generational, trauma merry-go-round, you just gotta hop off; even if you do wind up hurting yourself, with scrapes and bruises from that leap -- but it is so worth it in the end. I always enjoy your very transparent videos, it is very helpful.

adopted our only daughter at 3 1/2 from Bulgaria, she started showing bad behaviors at 12 when she ran away and cried when we got her at police dept saying we never loved her for over an hour!! all we did was try to make her happy for years and than at 12 she chose bad friends and by 18 told her get out if she kept showing HATE towards us, left with boyfriend gets pregnant at 20 and now she almost 25 i had to FINALLY leave because she has been showing symptoms of narcissist and sociopath behavors, speeding 91 miles an hour and uses people for money and is a dancer nothing like us at all, and blames me for ALL HER anger issues, its been sooo hard for me to accept this whole mess, and she uses the 4 year old against me and doesnt even trust me to take her to park. Its so sick and sooo sad for the child who loves me.

i do not want to be her enabler and her screaming at me because she says i put poison in her shampoo and her clothes anything for ANY attention she can get and i dont want her screaming like this in front of the child, and of course she hates me the worst because i was feeding her supply and than she loves me one min hates me the next, way to much stress and drama!! so, the main person she needs to think about is fixing herself, but when i have told her in the past that i think its the fact that she was neglected in Bulgaria she says she is fine nothing is wrong, so i need to just leave her and let her figure it all out.

Great analogy. Yes , so true!!! Safer and wiser to jump off that merry-go-round. If not, the disillusionment and emotional turmoil that pursues is unbearable and takes so much more time to undo. Glad you were able to Take that jump❤

Thank you for this video. I have experienced dysfunction with my family for years and had to estrange myself for many years and realized after returning that the dysfunction would never heal, everything that I try to teach them is foreign.
This has been a struggle forever with my family and unfortunately I married into a dysfunctional and unstable family with My mother in law who has tried to manipulate and turn everyone against her ex husband (my father in law). My husband keeps in touch with him and this has created a lot of divide with his siblings siding with the mother. Now the narcissistic unstable mother has turned everyone against us and we are now estranged from them and their dysfunctional
Mess. It has been a wild, painful experience 😢

Parental alienation is very common and never really addressed in society ..Do the kids ever realise what's been done to them . .? Many Father's are cut off from their kids

Discovering this channel was a serendipitous encounter. Tamara, I love your analytical mind. So many topics for content have been hitting home. This particular discussion lower's my countenance a bit.😒But I'm OK.😇 I've just recently experienced shocking betrayals by two relatives. I'm a strong Virgo, yet still ardently modest in life. I've turned the other cheek, by lightly pardoning their ill ways. Can't reward evil for evil, but instead overcome evil with better good works. First time ever in my life i was the one who had to bite the tongue, and just walk away. No other alternative i have but to be the mature one. I recognize the spirit of the universal adversary/enemy of God and his creation. Satan enemy) is that lower frequency on earth. Who's lifetime job is to destroy. Build up your minds and keep it fortified against negative ones and things. Scripture says "Be at peace with all IF possible." It's possible, and we must believe it to achieve it. "Whatsoever we think so be it." Keep your head to the sky always people. Love stays, so we stay with love. Bless your eyes and lives for reading this.

You really should have a bigger channel because your content is incredible. I have watched about ten of your videos and I am consistently amazed at how intimately you understand these issues.👏🏼👍🏼💪🏼. Well done Tamara.
