    OC: Never stop evolving and trying new things, it's part of what makes C2W continually stand out from the pack. That said, I think the meme edits are a step backward, not forward. Much love from a 9-year fan.

    Oc. I've never heard of this brand but I'm impressed by how serious they are with the brakes and suspension for the price point.

    Really town between this and a cfmoto 650. Hard to find nearby dealers on the UK tho.

    Demoed one last fall, for the price I think it’s a great value . Comfortable and easy to ride, and enough power, not slow. Maybe a little vanilla. Looks great. The thing I disliked the most was the transmission, kinda vague feeling, almost like I couldn’t feel the gears had changed. That could be just what I’m used to, I have a Versys 1000 and V85TT.

    I like the styling of the front cowl, but being an ADV bike, it ends up looking like a chicken. It's probably one of the biggest things I dislike about ADV bikes in general. That front end needs to be so tall to allow for the front suspension travel, that it always ends up looking weird. In this case, it looks like a chicken, the Desert X looks super surprised, The Tenere 700 looks like Patrick Star....

    OC. First I would say the memes are a little too much however, somtimes they are spot on and hilarious. Tiny rant over! Lol
    I think this was a fair review to be honest and as usual a good one at that. I watched it after the month review and agreed with both outcomes.
    I think you should try the CF Moto 700MT which has superseded the 650MT and tell us what you think.
    Keep up the good work, God bless and stay rolling!!👍🏿😁🏍️

    • @diegomercadoMX
      @diegomercadoMX 5 місяців тому

      Kinda, it's a licensed platform of the old Kawi 650 engine, manufactured by CFmoto in China, this engine is shared with the Ibex700 or something along those lines, therefore, any kawasaki parts should theoretically work in this one.

    OC I'd definitely wait with a purchase a couple years until its reliability has been established, as they're apparently a collab with Chinese manufacturers. Is there any chance you can test ride the new Honda NX500 or the older CB500X since you're crawling more and more into the ADV space?

      @marcustaylor3528 I'm not saying that Chinese parts are a problem. Half the stuff we buy nowadays is made in China. After all, even BMW has some of their engines built there. It's all about quality control, same in India (Royal Enfield, Bajaj, Triumph 400 series) and Thailand (Honda 500 series, for example). But a reputation for reliability takes time to build up, and first-generation motorcycles are notorious for weird quirks that you don't necessarily want. You don't have any long-term input on these motorcycles yet. Hence, I'd wait a year or two so anything not working properly can be ironed out.

      Actually this bike launched globally around 2021 and it's been a top seller in Europe against BMW, Yamaha, etc ... Proven reliability with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. And first valve service isn't until 25,900 miles. Most riders will never even get that far.

    • @marcustaylor3528
      @marcustaylor3528 4 місяці тому +1

      @@Tobias611 Well, I actually have been owning a 700clx sport for about a year and a half with 8k+ miles and I've had no mechanical issues whatsoever, even less issues than my z400(which I sold because of the consistent false neutral issue.) All bikes are going to have issues big and small for all brands, none of them are perfect out the crate 😂 I like to experiment so I don't have the patience to wait for quality control 😅
