Idk if you realize this later in the game, but monasteries don't get more food from adjacent districts, just the faith. The tooltip is kinda misleading, a rare BBG L.
5:45 Would it have been better to focus on working high production tiles to get the B2 settler in 4 turns and also grow in 4 turns? You lose less food when your pop goes from 3 to 2 instead of from 4 to 3 when the settler finishes
"fs" stands for "friendship." In CPL free-for-all games, players are limited to having two active declarations of friendships/alliances each, in order to create more tension. When a player says "drop a fs for me", they're telling someone else not to renew one of their 2 friendships so that they can make room to form a declaration of friendship with them.
Sometimes I'm just trying to figure out if I can grow a city one turn sooner without changing the amount of time it'll take to finish whatever it's producing, or if I can finish what it's producing a turn sooner without causing the city to grow any slower. I'm watching the production queue and growth time estimate as I shuffle around locked tiles to find out which combination is best.
i watched like 7 or 8 of games of his, he never gets attacked or in fact i didnt see any war going on the map in those videos am i super unlucky to only see those games or is there a rule for no war ? cuz he alweys has 0 military and gets away whit it as far as i saw hmm WP tho
Religious victory is comically easy to stop and attacking other players in the early to mid game is basically throwing because it is far easier to defend than attack
What is the logic here behind going holy site/theaters over commercial hubs exactly? You said it was the gigachad way to play this civ but I can’t come up with any obvious reason why you would necessarily care about faith/culture over the trade route economy with china
i think the faith is for monumentality golden age synergy with china, and not to mention how gold and faith can be used interchangeably throughout the game, so with the added bonus of the faith from wonders from his religion it just loops back and gives more and more tempo
as for the theaters by getting early great people in those classes it allowed him to scale up his culture even more, and would allow theming in the future. plus theater squares get adjacency from wonders which just boosts the culure even more
Massive culture and faith from using builder charges to rush wonders with his religion perks, it’s a super strong china synergy that doesn’t work well with others because you can’t use builders to rush wonders so you lose a ton of tempo and there’s higher risk of people stealing your wonders. And faith is interchangeable with gold / production except for upgrading units so it’s very useful beyond religious victories, also the faith on tile improvements becomes tourism later which helps his win con
I do not understand how easy he can get the game going without getting attacked. He has no military units and developing so fast why the other civs try to stop him
i think he knew he could get away with it 1a. weak or friendly neighbors(ally with Korea and Cree, Sweden probably to busy trying to play civ city) 1b. everyone else has to march an army far just to attack him 2a. anyone whom attacks him will have to give up on infrastructure for military basically throwing the game for themselves 2b. Most people are only willing to go to war if they have a big tech advantage(which they don't), bonuses though the culture tree such as Fascism(which its to early for most things like that), and/or the civ has abilities early enough and are close enough to stop his snowball
@@zhumxcqDefending a city is much easier than taking it. Yes but time pressure is a factor
Yo great library was my suggestion let’s go
The go next energy in the lobby is so funny
HERSON can you please make a video with an aggressive Civ like Simon.
It was a good spawn, but not a god spawn for sure. Great decision, great luck, great plays.
Such a great vid :)

Great gameplay, not imma look for more of your vods to see if you somewhere explain wth ur doing xD
he litelery explains waht he is doing on this video too sooo huh ?
Could you make a vid about how to efficiently micromanage your cities please?
Why do hit the citizen icons every damn turn altough you dont change them?

Sweet game! Why did you not focus on building monuments? I would have thought that the bonus culture in your cities would be worth it
i think it's because his pantheon that gives culture for every plantation probably making builders even more important then they already are for Qin
Awesome game.
How would it have changed if there was not a legal tile for stonehenge? Can you still do the wonder spam religion and build?
That is a different game. There is other early game wonders to go for.
why does his plantations gain +1 prod?
BBG buffs plantations so that they grant +1 production when built on flat tiles. They will not grant extra production if built on hills.
May i ask why u start with moksha ?

The online Civ 6 FFA meta discourages wars until you hit midgame
Newbie question….I was wondering why no one spreading religion or at least denounce and nerf each other for growing too quickly. Is it not allowed?

Because they both just end up being irrel. And he's surrounded by two allies. Who's gonna attack him?
Plus if you get the reputation of being able to defend yourself and being a good ally, people are less likely to attack/ betray you
