There is so much that happens on each continent and so the aim of this regular feature on Vital MX is to make it easier for you to be informed. There is a variety of information this week: Eli Tomac has emerged once again, WSX has made another splash and there's a lot more to dive into.
Not having Eli race in the outdoors is like not having a glass a milk with Oreo's.

i like Suzuki and want to see the team on point but it comes down to grit youve not been paying attention to reality the only person to be on lock was RC he had the determination those guys dont they have made their money and for most of the factory guys thats what its about once they get the big bucks they ride safe and are not driven plain and simple
Can Tomac get his body back into Championship caliber shape like he was before the foot injury? That’s my question. I’d like to see him leave challenging or winning the SX/MX in his final season.
I think he is capable but it depends how bad he wants it. He isn't going to be competitive right when he comes back and maybe not even in SMX. I hope he can ride his way to being competitive by SX. He has to still want to risk it, be a little bit lucky, and be in it long enough to get back into shape. Maybe he even needs to pick up some pace to run with Jett and current Sexton. Eli is certainly capable but does he have the desire at this stage of his career to do what he needs to get there and do it for long enough.

This took me 4 hours to watch because I kept falling asleep. Now I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight
I think Hunter is experiencing the fatigue from a full 17 rounds of SX and then going straight to outdoors. There was a lot of speculation as to whether he could hang the entire year and I think we’re seeing the answer. No knock on him, it’s an absolutely BRUTAL year of racing and he’s been doing very well his rookie year.
Hard to see WSX ever gaining the traction they hope for unless some serious money is involved to make it worth the expense of travel
Jett getting hurt really took it out of hunter.
i also think hunter has been feeling effects of his concussion from redbud

WSX is never going to be a thing. I love racing but it’s so poorly directed and their entire tone is basically “motorcycles are a spectacle” opposed to professionals racing a professional sport

If Tomac is just now riding then hes not comign back for outdoors and if he does he will not fair very well. He and Webb had surgery around the same time and Tomacs just now getting back on the bike?
Someone really needs do some investigative journalism about the drs these riders go to when they are supposed to be back and when they actually get back. I noticed it at first with cc28. The drs dont make money when you are cured.

What a dream life Jack is living, getting paid to travel the world racing dirtbikes, he’s progressing at a acceptable pace in a brutally talented class and seems to have blended right into the GP family. Hopefully get to catch up with him in Uddevalla and meet the newest American addition Gavin Towers in the EMX250 class.

Concussion or fatigue for huntah
Brain related, but I think he was just riding shook after the downhill crash. Everyone is different. I know these guys are tough as nails but I have had crashes even where I didn’t sustain an injury that were traumatizing for a short while. I think he will be fine ultimately.
People are turning to moto because they are sick of all woke crap that has been inserted into other sports. Also moto people don't hate their country which is refreshing
Imagine if a retired pro came to Loretta's to race WMX. That insanity is already happening in other sports. I'm proud of MX when it doesn't happen in our sport
wat i would love to see is more in depth detail an specs on the bikes instead of the rider that is how to get and keep my attention i wanna hear any and everything involving parts choices. manufacture choices thats wat i love

Injuries are no joke, it sucks that Eli has had more injuries than he really has in over a decade.
It really takes away from confidence, fear of that injury hurting and just the pure flow state riders must have when riding at a pro level

Like countless racers amateur and professional before Hunter, bangs like REDBUD can mess with the brain.
Don't get me wrong he is a great racer. I like him more than sexton actually. I just think he doesnt have the raw speed when they are on. Kind of like tomac and bubba.
To be fair deegan has crashed harder than hunter like 3 times this year.
He don't have that dog in him like danger got to get some balls this was his time to shine too while little brother is out

Deegans also brand new and young too. Hunters alittle older and the age matters alittle more when it comes to moto, body has been through alittle more wear and tear. Plus just because wrecks look worse or not bad doesn't mean it wasn't or they didn't land a certain way. Deegan has been very very lucky, that's the truth.

I respect that Deegan is a good rider in the 250 class but his fans are the worst I've ever seen with thier ridiculous comments and disrespect to other riders.
I guess thats due to his blatant disrespect for his competition rubbing off on them.
I look forward to seeing him move up to 450 class and see where he stacks up. Im pretty sure he wont be smoking Jett, Chase, Hunter, Cooper, Tomac, Roczen, Prado, Anderson and the list goes on.
