Happy Sunday! It’s rainy and chilly here in Florida today. Therefore, my hubby is still working on painting our rooms and I’m organizing my closet. Our kitchen cabinets arrived so our new kitchen is coming soon. Glad you love strength training. I go to barre classes and I love the strength, stretch and cardio we do there!

Its the worst when you're feeling blah but you dont know why! When theres a reason I find its a little easier to deal with and its a little more frustrating when there isnt a reason. Great motivation as always. Looking forward to seeing what you guys come up with for the garage and i hope it works to help it stay more organized because i know the feeling and its a pain!

I have cleaned and decluttered the garage way too many times to count and it always becomes dirty and junky again in a short time. I do think part of it is because I have the wrong type of storage shelves, containers hooks etc. I look forward to seeing what you and Mike find and utilize; may help lots of us with the same issues. I just folded two loads of laundry and now I’m waiting for the third load that I can put it in the dryer
When my third load is finished I can put all the laundry away in my dresser… Laundry is my favorite task and so I have a very relaxing day today
I've been cleaning my living room while listening to your video. I'm 48 and in perimenopause and there are times before my cycle where I'm tired too. It could be a form of PMS minus the irritation. I hope you feel better soon!

I know the feeling of an unorganized garage. What I feel helped alot was getting a small shed for my backyard to store anything that I was saving for future use. The things that I no longer have an immediate need for. Getting those things out of the garage made room for the everyday things we used. I am no longer stepping over things that are just in the way. Hope this helps in some small way.

One of the hardest things about reorganizing a space is coming to terms with old organizational systems that aren’t working for that space anymore. Sunk cost fallacy! I’m reorganizing several spaces in my home this year, so your videos have been perfect for me!

Definitely understand busy days or weeks. It happens. As my Grandmother always said housework will be there but this time with your kids will go faster than you think it will so enjoy it. Kids seem to collect so much stuff. Constantly decluttering seems to always happen.
Decluttering, planning and organizing a garage takes time. Once you find a system that works it is well worth it.
I definitely enjoy your videos.

I’m a big fan of weight lifting! I was able to do it more before I went back to work and teenagers are almost as needy as toddlers (you’ve been warned lol). Getting enough sleep is vital to a consistent workout program.

Hey Jamie good news I am decluttering over half my house so that's a start I am decluttering my closet right now I love your videos my high point I spent Valentine's week over the road with my husband we own a big truck so I get to go we went from Georgia Kentucky Tennessee and then back home to Alabama so I enjoyed it so much my low point is I miss him so much when he is gone we talk on the phone but my kids keep me busy I hope you have a blessed day I don't watch Superbowl I watch college football 🏈
Yup same over here, just not feelin it. I have quite a few house projects on my list (99% of them painting) which i dont mind but it seems like every time i paint one wall i find another that needs to be re done too because the touch ups never truly match. At this point i feel like i need to do every wall in my house and im tempted to just hire it out even though i am good at painting and it typically doesnt take me a super long time since its the same color essentially going over it.
Anyways, back to my cleaning! Thanks for the motivation!❤

I have been BUSY all day, and going going going. BUT- when I saw you deep clean your dishwasher, I got up and did that too. NOW.......I can finally sit and chill for the night. :)
I grew up in SoCal but imma chiefs girl, I bet he was sick lol I was stressed out the whole game. But I was home watching with my kids lol 😂
The weather this winter has had a big impact on how I feel. Our Jan. was so gray that I just felt blah. After a day or so of sunshine at the first part of Feb. I felt so much better.
I totally understand that feeling! The sun helps a ton!
Hi Jamie! Plus other than muscles weightlifting benefits your bones. You are young so that is so smart to be thinking about the future health of your body. I used to exercise religiously in my twenties and thirties but mostly running, had a very physical job. But then fell off the wagon, stayed home to raise my kids and the only exercise was walking the dog. Now at 72 my bones are fragile, not osteoporosis yet but osteopenia which is just a notch under. But I am now working out with dumbbells and other physical therapy just to be able to walk. I think as women we put everyone and everything before our own welfare and time passes.
I love my steamer getting into all those places we can’t. I did really good, had 4 days of no babysitting and got 5 rooms deep cleaned, phenomenal considering I am recovering from meniscus woes. I also arranged things so it is easier to maneuver my walker. Thank you for this video, have a great week!😘

Were turning our dinning room/living room soon makeovers getting rid of carpet and having hard wood flooring now. And changing the wells with the colors too. I have my appointment this week for my consultation since it had to get postponed last time due to me getting covid fingers crossed everything goes well & let me know if I really have endometriosis and if I need surgery.
