We found one in our woods and made this!! So wonderful. I did add garlic and little Italian spices. Tasted like meat. I have health issues and this is third day and I’m feeling wonderful!! I’m on hunt for more for medicinal value. Especially helped my pheripheral nueropathy. Or it’s the pain relieving action it has.
Looks so delicious. I don’t think Hens grow in Washington state. But that’s okay as we are very spoiled with mushrooms here. I filled my basket with Chanterelle today ☺️
These must go for a premium $ if you can even get a reliable local source. As someone who occasionally sells these...can I steal a quote from the movie Stepbrothers....did we just become best friends lol.
