Not usually one to write comments but... for a lot of people Skiing can only be possible every so often, so your videos do such a good job at providing the nostalgia hit for skiiers stuck at home waiting for the next run, nice one Robbie!
Went to Mayrhofen in Dec / Jan for my first ski holiday - Really enjoyed everything about the week. Went back at the end of March for another week. Snow was not as good but still a great trip. I am booked again for another week after Christmas 24.
Fun to watch this. We moved here last summer, so saw Snowbombing for the first time. My missus was working it for the week as her mountain hut she had been working in had closed for the season. Totally different crowd to the rest of the season, but looked like lots of fun. A few friends I know were at the festival and loved it. Loads more skiing around the Zillertal which is even better than Mayrhofen in my opinion, and the glacier in Hintertux which is particularly useful at the start and end of season!
Happy belated birthday Robbie! I can't think of a better way to spend a birthday! Watching your video and TPD's back to back is a great way to see both sides of Snowbombing.

Yeah sticky snow and/or crud is rough on the knees when on skis. Sometimes in spring I’ll bring a board and swap from skis ⛷️ to snowboard 🏂 if it’s a problem on too many of the slopes I want access to. Enjoyed yur video ! 👍
Thanks pal. I’ve never snowboarded but the hire shop gave me more narrow skis than I’m used to, so maybe that was a factor too. It wasn’t a lot of fun.
Im here from TPD tv boys and gotta say i love this. Its like a more grown up version of TPD =) good job u get a sub. Im very very negative when it comes to all of yours way to handle your helmets, it gives zero if u dont click it in. Im from the north of Sweden and been in the slopes my whole life and helmets saves life when used the right way.

Hey Robbie, huge fan of your content and listen to you all the time. I am currently 19 and just left college and thinking about my next steps in life. I have around £18,000 saved up and wondering what I should do next. I have had quite a sheltered life living in a village my whole life so never really been out the county. Have you got any advice on things like work or once in a lifetime things I should be doing at the moment. Love the vids and hope your doing well 😁💪🍺
I think at 19 you have the advantage of being able to take risks without having too many ties. I’d personally consider travelling for a bit of time. It doesn’t have to be expensive if you work while you’re doing it. I went to live in Canada for a year with just £1,000 (admittedly 25 years ago) and got jobs out there. It gets a lot harder when you have a family, so consider it now while you can!
I can’t lie I’ve been absolutely fuming having to rewatch Robbie’s cry baby marathon on repeat waiting for his next video. But this one is a smasher, compliments to the chef. Love you Robbie

I’m glad you’re not sad Isobel. I’ve been (relatively) poor for quite a lot of my life and you can still have awesome adventures. My best adventures have been backpacking about with next to no money, so go out and have fun.

For others it may be a buying point, but for me it makes Mayrhofen a no go even though I like some of the artists performing there
