Might want to mention this is a BFS reel, meant for lighter baits on light to ultralight casting rods. It’s not exactly designed for heavier bass rods.

Yes ur right bro, but if the line cap is enough a BFS reel is much more easy to cast due to a light weight spool.

I like the Daiwa Steez for everyday, but the Daiwa 70, and Lew’s custom lite for micro baits! I paired my Lew’s custom and Daiwa Tat 70 w the 6th Movement rod as it has a much thicker handle so it feels like I’m throwing a 100 series reel on a regular rod. I usually use Megabass Rods but for $130 rod for finesse reels helps save $ and it really is a very good rod for finesse reels. Finesse fishing this year has been one of my favorite ways to catch fish!!
My favorite reel to use is probably the Lew's Mach 2. It just feels so good in the hands and action is smooth as a baby's bottom. Love your videos and keep it up man.

I bought some American bass lures yesterday to see how they work on Australia bass and they work so well I used one of those frog lures that is like squishy and that thing slayed native bass. Thanks from down under for America making these amazing lures

My favorite reel is currently the lasting zephyrs bfs because it is very light and can cast the only lures that work in the extremely pressured ponds near me. (It’s hopefully gonna be this soon though)

My favorite all around fishing reel is a Shimano 2500 sized reel. Its the same size as a 2000 sized reel just has a 2500 spool on it. I can put heavier line on it and not almost spool it like a 2000 sized spool.

I’m a Shimano guy at heart, with Abu Garcia being 2nd…love my Revo Rockets…and Revo Beast Rockets! This HyperMag SLP is the first Lew’s reel I’ve had in nearly 20 years.
