Here on Long Island, the best lure for ANY lake or pond is a stick bait (spinnerbaits and chatterbaits work great too.) I personally use a Lake Fork Trophy Lures Hyper Stick.

For pond fishing I usually use senko’s and just little fake maggots that I found on Amazon. I use a bobber, and a small hook. I hook monster bluegill!!!!!!!!
