I agree with you, Clyde . I was also confused by 'why' can a group protest issues about another country of origin. It needs to be brought to light right now. If we allow 'foreign' beliefs to integrate too far, the government will become hostile. We see this now with England. I think Marty had a great idea. Once a month do a follow up on important older topics to remind people and see if there has been ANY accountability. The Conservatives talk about holding the gov't accountable. How? With a $300 fine for "ethics violations?" And they wonder why no one wants to vote. We KNOW the "violations" and there is NO accountability. So perhaps refreshing folks on what the results were might light a fire to follow up with MPs or lawyers, if necessary. Feet to the fire.
I own a vw tdi and get 1000 km out of a tank. I won't ever buy an electric car , even with diesel prices being higher than gas prices I'll still take my diesel over anything. 60 liter tank can get 1000 to 1100 km I love these cars 😊

Buddy of mine picked up a 2024 Silverado RST with 3.0l diesel. All I can say is say is..holy fuel mileage Batman! He just went North, hauling his 30’ boat, and average 10 l/100. Smaller fuel tank than his 5.0L F150, said he’d normally have to fill his 120L tank twice, one way. With his diesel, with smaller 90 l tank, was able to not only make it on a tank, but return a 3rd of the way home. Sets his cruise at 105kph, no loss of speed on the hills, and states that compared to his 5.0 gasser, the 3.0 I-6 pulls effortlessly. Regularly getting 1000+km on a tank daily driving.
Diesel is the way to go imho.

Hey Clyde and Marty, always love the show. Wanted to touch on the beach interview. It was clearly self serving for Trudeau, I don’t think he had a choice not to do the interview, why because up until he agreed the story woulda been, Trudeau assaulted a reporter on the beach during his vacation. It was filmed already and he had to change that narrative. The interview only happened to soften the blow for Trudeau had he refused. Just my thoughts.
