I bought one, as much use as a chocolate fire guard. I used my phone as well and it gave completely different direction so tried to end the journey while riding because it kept telling me to turn around. I couldn’t figure out how to stop the journey so tried powering unit off while riding. Kept pressing off button but in end had to pull over to switch it off and nearly slung it because it drove me crazy. No we’re near as good as garmin. Garmin has better graphics it’s more intuitive.

Yes you can connect your Sena or Cardo directly to the 550
Silly question but how long is the power last. I'd use on motorcycle do I need to plug in to bike etc as have no ports. And is the GPS service free etc not like data on phone. Thanks

It's approximately 6 hours if my memory serves correct. I have one and they are great. Have never had to charge it whilst in use and the longest journey I have done has been around 3 hours.

Sadly not ☹️I’ve sent back 3 times and had 3 different tomtom 400 returned.

Tom Tom Rider is just crap the battery has no life it's hard to import a gpx they fit up and you can go on Green lanes they are road only. They go where they want to go. I wasted my money hope you guys don't. Garmin is better
