  • TAKE YOUR TITHES TO THE CHURCH AND THROUGH A PARTY!
    Deuteronomy
22 “You shall truly tithe all the increase of your grain that the field produces year by year. 23 And you shall eat before the Lord your God, in the place where He chooses to make His name abide, the tithe of your grain and your new wine and your oil, of the firstborn of your herds and your flocks, that you may learn to fear the Lord your God always. 24 But if the journey is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, or if the place where the Lord your God chooses to put His name is too far from you, when the Lord your God has blessed you, 25 then you shall exchange it for money, take the money in your hand, and go to the place which the Lord your God chooses. 26 And you shall spend that money for whatever your heart desires: for oxen or sheep, for wine or similar drink, for whatever your heart desires; you shall eat there before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.

It's not the amount, it's in the mindset. If you are Tithing because the Old Testament Laws require Tithing...then you will be judged based on how you keep all of the laws of Moses. You cannot keep all of the laws...you will fail. Gal. 5.4-6

I studied the Tithing law over 35 years ago, really more likely beginning in 1982. The tithing law Numbers chapter 18 explains the Tithing principles deeply, who the tithes belong to, the tribe of Levi. And, it was never the tenth giving. The percentage was more like 23%, and several tithes were done yearly. Then we need to head to Hebrews chapter seven, the whole chapter. But we need to back up to Leviticus 27:31-34, then we need to proceed to Malachi chapters one to four. Most readers begin at chapter three, verses 8-10, and then stop. To receive the complete picture of Malachi, you have to begin reading chapter one, verse one, to whom the letter was addressed. Israel. Priest. More directly towards the priest of Israel. The treatment of God the Father. The tithes were not money, never. It was what they raised on the land or grew.

A church I attended to tried that "pay stub" foolishness with me. I knew the truth about tithing and I did not bring my pay stubs to nobody

What is your question? Abraham gave a tenth of his spoils. No indication it was a required gift, a lawful gift, or a recurring gift. It was just a gift. No indication Abraham ever gave anything to him again.

The tithe was not money, it was food, agricultural...it was not money.

24 But if that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the Lord your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the Lord will choose to put his Name is so far away), 25 then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose. 26 Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice. 27 And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.

Jews Today Do Not Tithe; because there is no Levitical Priesthood and there is no Temple
