    Love this series. As it goes along I really hope there is "total body" stretching session in the 10-15 minute range.*sad puppy dog eyes for effect*

    Great video. A disgruntled man wincing through each stretch is definitely a lot more relatable to me than scantily clothed yoga women who casually tell you to put both legs behind your head. At least now I dont constantly feel like Im doing everything wrong lol

    I love it - Lately you are bringing us some Yin to the Yang and that's so awesome 💪🏼 - I really appreciate you touching other aspects in addition to pure strength, also loved your meditation video, you are very down to earth and real and it's great and very soothing to see you decompress,
    As a woman I really love seeing men stretch, it's great and wholesome, I already use many of your movements myself but some I will take for my next session.

    What people miss out the most is with higher tension required higher time spent exhaling, trying to remove as much oxygen from your body, where you can take a little into the lungs, but focusing on the exhaust. Jeff Cavalier taught me to do it before bed to sleep better, and one of my grade school gym teachers said stretching teaches your muscles how to grow, in all lengths.
    Did not expect this from you, yet you are a pro and that's commendable for sharing. Hopefully you help many people with this

    Stretched along with you. Was so beat up after a lot of squats and deadlifts this weekend. Looking forward to doing it again after my next leg day!
    Also. Would definitely watch you play around with puppies for 12 minutes straight. Good doggies.

    12:00 - This reminder to sit with the pain and accept it as part of the process is suuuper valuable, and something I'm trying to be more mindful of in all areas of life. I've been really anxious lately, and this has helped me be more centred. Thanks so much! :)

    Crazyy how this video has helped me so much. I had tweaked my pelvic and it was always painful to deadlift and squat but i was doin so anyway. Went to the chiropractor and after one deadlift session it was messed up again (i am one of those meatheads that dont really listen to chiropractor. If i feel good, ill go lift!) Been watching your channel for awhile and decided to take this stretching video serious. I never done stretching in so long, i was naive to think that with proper rest and recovery i will be able to feel better the next session. I believed more in mobility then flexibility. But man when you said "i know this is the first stretch of the day so you wont feel so flexable" i felt that! I was so tight and my groin area, the frog stretch was an absolute nightmare for me. When you said "if you're fighting your bodies natural strength to be flexible, then you're going to have problems in the depth of your squat and deadlift" you were so right! I thought it was a mobility issue cause it always felt like i was sinked in the hole for the squat, but on video it said otherwise. Ive been doin this everyday and now i rarely feel pain like i did the first week. And the depth in my squat felt so much better. My pelvic pain improved a lot. I am forever grateful i found this video and took a chance on it! Thank you Brian!

    Hey Brian the second stretch you do. You can push your hips up slightly and you will start to feel your quads stretch.

    Yes! This is exactly what I need! I'm so stiff that one could think that I'm carved from wood 😄 actually my stiffness and bad posture are the reason I can't squat properly. So working on that now, so one day I can lift heavy without injuring myself!

    Im 48, and im already doing 3 of these. I do a lower body stretch routine after every workout, even upper body movement days (upper body stretches as well, obviously on these days). And im getting stronger and remaining flexible and athletic despite my age. I will incorporate those stretches that Im not doing. Thanks Brian.

    First stretch, anterior tilt focuses on the spinal decompression, posterior tilt focuses on the hamstrings

    Thank you, thank you, thank you for this. The lacrosse ball tip you gave a while back was an awesome tip for me, so thanks for the stretching video. I do some streching i learned way back in elementary school, but it's not nearly enough. I'm big, old and stiff now and any stretching and mobility advice will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to more stretching vids.

    Do you know many people that have lifted hard and heavy for a long time and always skipped out on stretching and then end up with serious issues becouse of tightness
    it seems like lifting weights makes the muscles tighten up quite a bit for me anyway and now I have a long road ahead to get flexible again wish I just did it the whole time

    I NEVER used to see big bodybuilder stretch in Temple gym. Yates said he wished he did more stretching when he was competing.
