Murphy does have 3 void years on his current deal, and $2.8m that will be deferred if he is extended, so that would act as a small offset on his 2025 cap hit.
Again the massive cheer when Sam's name is announced. This team loves him. There is no way he is not back next year. Kwesi and KOC just can't risk what letting him go would do to this locker room. It wouldn't be fair to JJ either. He's got to earn the team.
Pro Bowl is like a daycare camp now. Nice recognition, but this is a team sport, and guys like Cashman, Pace Jr., and Mettelius prove it's a popularity contest. Id take a SB victory over this crap!

Mayfield had a better season with less weapons. Happy for Darnold, but the only thing he has on Baker are wins. Based purely on stats Baker was better hands down.
