** As you might know, my last video was an original song from Gray Falls. How does that tie in to this video? Well, this is one song that the guys from Zegovia and Gray Falls introduced me to. They really expanded my musical horizons, and this is just one example of what they've introduced me to. It's really fun to play, and even more so with real people (like them, and not my computer). I think it's a great Idea to always take an audition and to meet new people. You never know who you might meet or what kind of experience you'll have. I know it's kinda corny, but you miss all the shots you don't take. I almost passed up auditioning for them, but if I had, I wouldn't have met some really cool guys and I wouldn't have found all the music they introduced me to. I hope you have fun playing along, and I hope you start this decade right by going outside your comfort zone and doing something positive

How do you choose the next song you want to do?
I have a list of songs that I want to do and a list of requests. I try to do requests whenever I can, but I’ll only cover a song after I’ve tabbed it out and practiced it enough to record. A lot of what I played this last semester was based on how fast I can record it because I had a tough time in school. Basically I just pick whatever songs from those lists I want to do and then do them. If I get a new request or hear a song with a bass line I want to play, I add it to my lists

Right now I'm working on Sad But True by Metallica. Someone requested it a while ago and I finally have it all tabbed out. Now I've just got to polish it up before I record and post it sometime this month
