@@vvonderweiss I wouldn't call the more horrific parts of the show gratuitous as abuse and violence in religion are very much core themes of the story. That said, it's not exactly for the faint of heart. It's not a comedy at all--the humor is more similar to how IWTV or Hannibal have humorous parts without being dark comedy. Does that make sense?
