I can def relate to the voice dsyphoria. I been on T for 5 years, I’m super passing in general but I get it. It deff sounds different in our head vs on recording.

Congrats on the 3 years! And on the top surgery! That was a big step and I know you'll hit the ground running when you get back into the gym. I've also gotten a lot hairier, even still now 5 years and 5 months on T. I have enough chest hair that, tbh, shaving to even try kt tape as an alternative to sports bras just seems like a hassle lol I'm also noticing wispy hairs on my shoulders and upper arms that will probably thicken with time, as the rest have done. Honestly, the body hair is a gender euphoria experience for me. As far as voice, I feel like I am permanently stuck sounding like a teenage boy, just with no voice cracks. Guess my body used most of the T for my beard lol

How was top surgery recovery? I had mine 2 years ago and 4 years on T. Also a bodybuilder.
Can’t complain! Was tougher than I expected but all In all everything went smoothly

I don’t like to share my dosages as I’ve had people try to copy that in the past, but I do injections 🤙

Look into RU58841 for your hair as well it helps greatly with DHT derived hair loss. - a bodybuilder /w similar problems lol
I’ve seen it used in stacks but the less drugs I’m using the better, rn I’m doing Fin Minox and micro needling I’ll track progress for 6 months and if it’s not where I want to be then I’ll add RU 🤝
