Wow do we have a transformation for you today. This is one of multiple neglected properties on this road. We spoke to the neighbor across the street and she said it has been a vacant for about 3 years. It is a complete eye sore in this neighborhood so we are going to clean it up and change the view. We’re on the front yard only today since not only is the grass extremely tall but there is a huge tree that has dropped some massive limbs all throughout this yard. We will spend all day next week on the driveway make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss that. I have the boys with me today as well as my good friend Chris and his two sons to help tackle this mess. Most likely, this is some kind of abandoned yard, otherwise the tenants could not allow the yard to grow so much?
It's such a shame that I need a house desperately and yet people let houses like this abandoned one get dilapidated to this extent. Then when you talk to a realtor or bank about the property, they want to charge you thousands and thousands beyond what it's really worth after the damage accrued from abandonment.
Work harder, some of us own multiple homes because we do.
So nice to see fathers giving their sons a good example not only of community service but also good work ethic. Even the littlest one is working hard!

@@RoyalDudeness I respectfully disagree with you. I find it very inspiring and refreshing to see a Christian father helping people in need while showing his kids to do the same. As far as I know, he does this full time and once a week does it for free with his children. There is nothing wrong with that. Nothing for respect for this great God's man for helping others and leading by example. These kids will likely follow his steps and be productive men. Kids these days have other goals and options to keep busy or engaged, such as tablets and video games, so is nice to see that these kids on top of those options, they can also learn to help others and work along their father. I am not very religious, but I can respect the guidance and teaching of this great man. He does need to use his children for views as you stated since he can easily do this by himself and have the same amount of views. I showed this to my 4 year old son and he loved it and wished he can help too. Unfortunately, I'm not as great and as giving as this man and do not want or can do this type of job.

I had a similar problem with a property. It cost me $5000 to have everything cut down, And shrubbery removed, Tree stumps too. It is the haul away that was work. You guys are truly a blessing.

Several things: First and foremost - Great job, guys! You transformed a real eyesore into some semblance of what it used to be - an attractive property. Pity that it's been let go for so long.

Good job! I watch a lot yard overhauls where neighbors know there is abandoned or longterm health problems and watch the deterioration and dont pitch in to solve but can complain about it.

I just wish that when they do one of these like completely transform it.And if the people truly cannot do it.I wish the neighbors would agree to take one mowing a year.Irony's twelve people to agree to mow once a year and one family to weedy and stuff once a year and it'd be taken care of

A very generous and kind effort to help the property owner and neighbors. This project taught the kids the importance of team work, giving back to the community and it is NOT just about the ME so many these days seemed to focus on. You all helped make this world a better place. Thanks for sharing!
You know I can imagine this height of growth around a derelict house but this house looks to be in pretty good shape (except the front door). Sad it is in this condition but happy someone is cleaning it up. Good work boys. 👍

Those young boys are such hard workers. You must be very proud and appreciative of them. You are all doing a great job cleaning up this deserted property. I've watched several of your videos and see how important the work you do for people is. ( for free). Keep up the good work .
This was such an insane endeavour and you guys just seriously knocked it out of the park. Those tree limbs and branches were massive and that grass was so high. Thank you for restoring some beauty to this abandoned home. Maybe someone will see it now and want to restore it more to it's potential and glory. I state that I do not want to make any controversy. what you and your kids do is commendable in every respect, mainly educational for the example you set for them and then socially useful. Seeing your videos and those of similar channels, I often see the laziness of the owners prevail over the state of need. huge houses, vast gardens, obvious car availability... and then they've been living like this for years? they are lazy, idle, indolent...they don't always seem like people overwhelmed by bad luck in life. but only people who don't want to do some things. I repeat, you are doing very well and I am 100% close to you, but maybe every now and then those who are helped should also be considered well .... best, Alessandro
When I didn't see you for over a week I was starting to get worried. I began to wonder if when the weather changes I won't see you and the boys working. You have become a part of my weekly routine. This oldster would miss you greatly if I would have to wait until Spring to see you all again. If the weather starts to interfere can you please just come on line and give us an update on how the family is doing. Would be grateful.

I love it that the boys are working with their dads. My dad was a work-maniac who hauled like a pack mule. Keeping up with him was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Even so, I'd give anything for the opportunity to do it all with him again.

Did anybody else wonder if that front door was just open and nothing was standing in the way of anyone just going inside? Other than that, what an amazing job! What is most frustrating is that there are so many families without homes.
And here are perfectly good homes that need a little renovation. People could live in it. And all that firewood that could be donated to people who need heating during the winter who have a perfectly good fireplace. It's a shame that people let things just rot away.

Another awesome clean up with you and the boys and to have your friend and his boys join in the clean up was enjoyable to watch. You are lucky men to have such hard working boys that didn't seem to mind actually working!! Just a terrific result and looking forward to the next one. I only saw one issue and that was there doesn't seem to be a front door on the home and now everyone from the road can see there is open access! Hope there is someone who could board it up to keep it from being destroyed.
