i personally own a starlet reflet and had its body converted to that of a Glanza. Still thinking about if i should convert the engine into a fte aswell lol.
@@_reggee_ fair enough bro, still awesome :). if you can get a 4efte for a good price and fit it then it's a good upgrade anyway. you'll have from 80hp to a stock reliable 130hp but you'll need the looms and everything. another thing you can keep stock reflet looms and use the starlet GT Turbo stock ecu with your reflet looms and a 4efte. I'm personally going to be putting the Celica T sport 2zz ge engine into the starlet soon.
lots of cutting and maneuvering and it's still not great at all. I'm just going through an engine swap and after that I'll be focusing on the interior again and have another go at the door cards with some proper mounting points etc. sorry for the late answer. :)
Yes bro 4efe and i turbo'd it. Il set up0 links to my other videos soon tonight.(Turboing my Toyota Starlet Sportif) ua-cam.com/video/qLKjZZCO-Vw/v-deo.html (Starlet Turbo Sportif Introduction) ua-cam.com/video/ELPYct4Awi4/v-deo.html
I was running stock starlet ecu when it had its original engine all I did was strap a turbo to her and retarded the ignition a bit. now she is in the middle of a 2zz engine swap and il be using a haltech ecu when I boost that engine
@@1916TheMan Glanza ecu wouldn't work very well with a td04. if you said you had a ct9 then glanza ecu would be fine but you would need glanza dash and engine looms. Best bet is to get a standalone or a piggy back ecu and get it mapped correctly for the best result and so you have faith the engine will last long term. also it means you can swap or change to any turbo and get it mapped anytime
@@1916TheMan if you can source glanza looms easily then it would okay. I couldn't. to be honest swapping looms isn't for the feint hearted it can get very annoying and tedious, also you'll need glanza distributer with those looms (sorry I forgot to mention that) either route you take will be a pain. but a pain we'll worth it with lots of smiles. although at least with a piggy back you can go safely to higher powers. I think you can safely get 150 to 180hp with a td04 and a piggy back.

@@_reggee_ WoW cool is it the 4x4 reflet starlet? if it is then a 4efte would be a great upgrade 😀.

Will the process be the same for a Corolla G6R?
more or less, yes! just make sure they are secure and strong and it should be all good :)
How did you get the door card to work?

Ah I see I have a 4efe and was going to run a td04 have all the parts there but was told I'd need a emanage blue .you think a glanza ecu will work ok?

Ye I get you I may go ct9 for the easy route tbh the td04 seems alot of hassle
