This song was sung by the missionaries who helped me get baptized seven year ago. Sadly i didn't able to complete the Three white dresses. Im a mother to a beautiful child today. And this song will always echo in my heart toward's my daughter. I will sing this for her.
I was baptized 7 years ago, and every day, I am happier for that decision. About 4 years ago, my parents went inactive, and everyday, I think about what more I can do to bring them back. Sometimes it's really hard, like those times when I want a priesthood blessing and those things. I never really knew how much of a blessing the priesthood within the home was until it was gone. Songs like these, Jenny Phillips and others help me to see what heaven sees in me. Thank you for posting this video. (:

We were going to play this song for Young Women in Excellence and get baby pictures, baptism pictures and then a current picture of each of the girls and make a slideshow. But we were it too short of a deadline to get all of the pictures...:( It would of been memorable for the girls though.

So is this a representative of child baptism in a type of Lutheran church? 7th Day Adventist maybe? I think Catholics tend to sprinkle from what I've heard but it looked very different from Christian dedications.
In The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, baptism is done at 8 years of age or older by immersing in water. John baptized Jesus by immersion in the Jordan River. It’s a special covenant act with symbolism of being born again in a new life of following Jesus Christ’s example and teachings.
