    I laughed with you when you were rocking back and forth and said, "hello!". That's one of favorite yoga poses! It seriously does feel like a spinal massage. Something about falling backwards and just trusting yourself but coming back up happy. :) Thank you for the vid!

    I love this way of practicing self love. It’s not all about the bubble baths and face masks - this too is self care and reconnecting with your body is the most valuable form of self love

    Hey there! I love you videos so much and I wanted to share a little tip on the best way to breathe! When you put one hand on your chest and one on your stomach only the hand on your stomach should be should be moving up and down with your breath. Your chest or shoulders should not be moving. This is called diaphragmatic breathing and it is the way we were born breathing but as we get older and our bodies and lives are introduced to stress our breathing moves to our chest and becomes more shallow. Breathing through your diaphragm helps to calm the nervous system and can help with nausea, pain, anxiety, etc. it’s such an amazing but simple thing that I want to share with you all!

    Thank you for the video! A little safety moment: my yoga instructor made it abundantly clear that the foot in a tree pose can rest above the knee joint or well below the knee joint (on a sheen), but never on a knee joint itself like you show it in this video. I believe there's a trauma risk associated with placing the opposite leg's foot on a knee joint from a side.

    Quick mini tip for you in your first posture as you havehave tight hamstrings and lower back in this pose :)
    You can use a block or rolled up towel/blacket to sit on whilst doing this pose. It should feel a bit more comfortable and allow you to deepen the posture with a little bit more ease. Hope that helps if you try!

I am a certified yoga teacher, and have a few thoughts concerning how you are showing these poses- If you'd ever like to collaborate-or I can send you some tips that will allow you to benefit more from doing the poses with more intension to keep your body safe. These things are fine for a few minutes of course, but over a long time I can help with some tips on making your forward fold safer for example.
