Smart, funny and beautiful lady. My childhood would not have been the same without her and the cast of her show. I still laugh just as hard as I did back in the 70's. Great comedy like hers stands the test of time.
I was lucky enough to see The Carol Burnett Show a few times live in Hollywood. She is the nicest and most gracious individual I've ever met in Show Business. I will never forget getting a kiss on the cheek during one of her shows. May God bless Carol Burnett,
So glad that the Dick Cavett shows are still here for us to watch. Today's generation needs to see what made all these performers so great. Being an entertainer was much different then. It's lovely to see what genuine and gracious people these stars were.
All too often when viewing TV shows from this era the people on the screen are gone now, so it's nice to know Carol is still working at 91 and Dick is 87 with at least one TV appearance in the 2020s.

I was fortunate to grow up in a time when shows like Carol Burnett, Dick Cavett and others were on the air. The comedy was refreshing without going over the unseen boundaries of vulgarity.
