Innovision 555

It might seem strange that lure-fishing enthusiast and fishing tackle company Ocean Angler co-owner, Paul Senior, is proud his Innovision 555, a highly-specialised sport fishing boat, doesn’t much look like one.

This Plumb bow must require more hp. A 1550 Stabi-Craft only takes a 70 hp engine on the same size boat. I notice that all the Innovision boats require more hp. I wonder why?

1550 stabi is shorter by 80cm, less beam by 30cm, less deadrise by 5 degrees, thinner tensile plate and lighter.

like the guy says below, The sbabi is a tin dingy is comparison, typically on conventional boats you require 100hp per 1000kg, we are abut 80hp for the same performance, nothing to do with the plumb bow, the whole package.

Hopefully Paul never comes up against an Offshore. Thats a race he's definitely not winning.

Hmmmm, dont thinks so mate, A client of mine compared our 585 with 5mm bottoms to their 650, ended up buying our 616. Come for a sea trial.
