ChrisAnne Little you should look up Nikki Bohne (who played Elle in the 2nd us tour) or Kerry butler (who sang some legally blonde demo tracks) both of them were really good too!
I actually like her not-so-hyper character. She actually throws in moments of comedy but doesn't act like a total spaz the whole time. Also because she is being SO hyper and SO crazy on stage, she has the ability to produce stronger and HEALTHIER vocals. I really love Haven's performance, it's just so consistent. :)

For example, the song Serious works because he doesn't like that she's so all over the place and hyper and extroverted - and if she has less of that then I think it makes less sense. But it's still an incredible performance and no less good than the others. Some of Haven's little singing moments and mannerisms are so perfect and she is obviously more than good enough if she got the role

Omg so when I first clicked on this video I was like "oh great another girl trying desperately to be Laura Bell Bundy🙄" but I actually love her so much! Her voice is so amazing and she brings something different and interesting to this role that none of the other girls, besides Laura, could really do. It makes Elle more three-dimensional. I love it💝😍

But I’m curious why they went the TV show route over Haven landing the role.
