we do need it, I travel up and down this state and up as far as Lino Lakes MN. We have some bad roads in this state. One thing I see is how much longer everything takes in Illinois, I saw a 10 mile stretch of interstate replaced in a matter of weeks in WI, same work here would have been at least a year.
