I’m really excited for the fitness challenge you’re going to start bc I was thinking of doing 75 hard once the weather gets better here in New England/after my birthday in May so I’m hoping your videos will motivate/push me in my own challenge! I love your videos in general bc you show a lot of discipline and consistency with your goals, which is very motivating to see. Also, I can 100% relate when you talk about your parents divorce bc I went through a similar experience when my parents split/divorced when I was in HS. It literally felt like night/day when everything happened, then 3 years later they both remarried within 6 months of each other so it seriously took years for me to process and come to terms with everything. I just started a plan and I’m on a calorie deficit. I have lost 7 pounds so far. My main focus is to lose the weight then gain the muscle. I can’t focus on two things because I will overwhelm myself lol I know makes no sense but to me it does. I’m excited to see this journey. You are always motivating me to live a healthier lifestyle. Amino Energy is sold at Costco (amazing deal) and it’s low caffeine that comes from green tea and essential amino acids/electrolytes! I looove it, doesn’t make me feel weird and low enough caffeine i can still have coffee later

I've been doing more and more pushups and holding longer abd longer planks.
I love this type of video! I just bought a food scale two days ago and yesterday I weighed sweet potato wedges for the serving size amount and I realize really fast that I have been eating pretty much double for a very very long time lol having a food scale is life-changing And I try to do one coffee per day and then after that water and tea ❤❤

So my question is, did you or do you still feel kinda awkward with going to the gym and using all the equipment and feel that ppl are kinda watching or judging you? Becuase im trying my hardest to get healthy and work out but all I can manage to do is the treadmill even tho I wanna learn how to use the equipment but i just feel like ppl will be watching me and like judging ya know? I don’t know if you’ve ever felt this way during the gym.

My fav low calories Starbucks is a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, and I believe the small size is only 90 calories. I am currently on a calorie cut to lose some body fat before a trip this spring and this has been my go to drink to feel like I’m treating myself without drinking my calories goodbye!

If you try to eat better and lose weight, you will still not show any muscle. When you do your sets and you don't struggle and feel all the blood in your muscle, you will never develop them .When you do, your sets increase the weight, so the last couple are hard to do. You will start to see more results even if you eat the same and don't change your diet. Eat protein and protein shakes.

Maybe switch from lifting to running or Pilates!! Lots of people plateau after doing one type of exercise. If you’ve been lifting for years it might take a big change to see some new results
I’m definitely going to keep lifting!! I think resistance training is really important but could definitely add that too ☺️
Actually résistance workouts are very important i watched once a old women Said if Time goes back again i would do more résistance workouts than cardio because with Time she Lost a Big percent of muscles in her body unlike those who maintain the mass muscles longer due to resistance workouts.

you need cut out the carbs..pasta ...bread...rice..........anything sweet.....avocados also have carbs.....then you will see bettter results....add intermittent fasting and thats it!
