- I know this isn’t going to make everyone happy, but I think it needs to be said. I think there’s so many young women who don’t realize how bad this show truly is. I’m not here to beat up on you if you’ve watched it, this is just some info on it, and a personal recommendation for our spiritual health.

Athiest here: sex is a normal thing that most living beings have a need for it. Such as humans. Its like eating food, drinking water and sleeping. Having sex is a normal thing. And if jesus was in the room i would stop the movie and ask him tons of questions. After i got my answers i would continue watching again. Its ironic how reading bibel over and over again which contains:(incest,sex,murder of children,violent,prostitution and...) its a good thing. While watching a movie about passion is bad.
Your view was made clear at Atheist. It’s fine if it’s your type of show but you can’t expect a faith with higher standards to cater to what you think. Also the Bible is historical documents, it’s to be read with none modern perspectives but understanding of the times and cultures they were written in along side understanding with God’s teachings. So your stances aren’t really clear on why they were mentioned & written. Context is everything with the Bible.
@@musicallydisneyamvs6731assuming that bibel is a historical figure, means that it's rules and laws simply don't work in our 21st century. Slavery worked before But not anymore(thankfully), it shows how humans are growing. People try their bests to fit the expectations from more than 2000 years ago, with norms of today. Besides bibel had been rewritten many many times. By the priests who looked after money. How am I supposed to trust such a thing?

@@parimahmotlagh Actually if you read historical accounts from their enemies like Syria, Persia & even Egypt you’ll find they match up with the stories of the Bible.
Honestly i feel like this show is very tame and innocent! Definitely has some hints and things but it is definitely a more tame show compared to stuff we see today! The lord loves us girl, thanks for your commentary!

You don't seem to understand what classifies as pornography. When people actually do the deed on camera, THAT is pornography. Bridgerton on the other hand isn't, nothing you see on hollywood is, the people there aren't actually having sex.
Umm clearly you’ve never watched Pride and Prejudice versus this show which thrives off sexual tension & LGBTQ agendas here & there. Have you even read the books? If it’s your show fine but you can’t expect the same from a faith that holds higher standards than earth bound humans.

Sex before marriage is taboo according to the Bible. Each human should be allowed to have their beliefs and opinions and voice them. If you don't agree then move on to something else.
