      My box was also dirty, the ribbon was not tied. The sample bag even has black on it, like smudges. The envelope destroyed. This is not a good representation of the DIOR brand.

    I feel the same Dior is slipping something big is happening but not sure what. I feel like a year ago customer service was wonderful and professional now just anyone with a computer and a phone can work for them (I hear kids screaming in the background and cop cars blaring) I also get locked out of my account all the time (this never happened till now) it’s like I buy to much and they have decided I have reached my unknown limit. I also get one or the other samples now not deluxe and sample perfumes. It’s crazy. I was actually wondering if you were going to do a video or talk about this because I know you order a lot from them too.

      Yes, I'm going to mention the issues very soon. My order from yesterday would only allow me to choose one sample even though it showed 1/2. I ended up forgoing the second free sample because I didn't want to mess with customer service. 😔
      I agree with you. Something is happening, but I don't know what, either. I had a cs call a while back where someone in the background was using profanity. 😵

    Hello from the UAE. Being a loyal DIOR fragrance lover & customer, your videos keep hitting the right notes. I'm frankly amazed at how well and lavish the loyalty program in your country works. Coz here at our end, its pretty disappointing. No provision for entering promo codes at all. Pretty bad communication... Emails more or less are always unanswered...gifts promised at various tiers of the loyalty program are always out of stock..OR atleast so they say. So I literally drool at the amount of gifts that gets sent to you on your purchases😅 Love your posts. Cheers!

    Brand new subby! I am loving your videos. I am very new to Dior and find your videos so informational and fun! I have tried a couple of codes and they have not worked out. Have you done a video on using the codes? Don't know if I am just not doing something correctly. I would love to see the what's in my bag video :)

      Hi Shelia, thank you so much for being here. The codes only work if you have created a Dior customer account. You have to be logged in to your account before the check-out process. Each code usually has a minimum spend amount and you have to meet that threshold before the code will activate. There are certainly times where the codes won't work for me either. I believe it has to do with the limited stock of the gifts with purchase. Customer service will usually supply me with a different code when that happens, but it's not for the same gifts.

    Greetings Nissa Thank you for the shout out and for another Great Video 🙂 , Dior is experiencing a lot of Technical Difficulties on the Website, has a matter of fact i can't seem to be able to see the gifts on my order. Very frustrating. Or the codes won't work, is one thing after another. Have a great rest of your day. I would love to see a Video on whats on your bag and maybe a video of your favorites fragrances . 💜 P.s I love rose scents has well.

      Oh my goodness, I had awful customer service today. I used the code you shared and it wouldn't allow me to choose my 2 free items at checkout. The customer service rep told me it was because I had too many gifts with purchase using the promo code or that I didn't order enough. My spend was $205, so I definitely know I ordered enough. Their website and service is getting so bad. :(
      Ooh, I love the idea of showing my fragrances. I had thought about that a while ago, but didn't know if anyone would be interested. Thanks for awesome feedback. ♥

      Oh wow Customer Service is extremely bad , I was told you need to order in a Computer Screen and to clear the cache . Have the samples change in your end ?

    Completely agree with you, Dior is loosing on their quality checks and packaging. I got a dented bottle of the face and body primer. I didn’t know if the shape was like that or was my bottle dented so after some reluctance I contacted their CS and they won’t exchange it now because it got delayed 😢 and Yes to your being on their PR list ❤😎🤞🏻

    Nissa you are right, I buy the face serum and face care,there’s never any instructions on how t us.
    Nothing stating o use before and after,so I have to go online to watch makeup channels.

    Not happy with Dior either. Order attempted to be delivered over holiday weekend when I was out of town so UPS returned it back to Dior. Was told I would need to replace my order by CS but the items I ordered were out of stock. So frustrated right now with them myself.

      UPS tried to do that to me too but I was home and they “attempted” twice but I was home. (Called UPS like 10 times in between all the “missed” deliveries. Even told them just leave it gave them all kinds of instructions they didn’t do any of it. I even told them what do I have to do sit there and wait for him and then that is just want I did the third time I sat on my front porch and waited for him and got em 😅😊☺️

    Miss Dior perfume has Lily of the Valley in it as well as rose I’ve just layered it with Lucky (which has Lily of the Balley)from the privee collection. I like it!

    It’s not nit picky. I feel the same. I ordered a set of Adorables because I wanted to try them and they were suppose to come in a pretty case. I love the products but the case they came in is made of like, paper and it was broken in 3 places. I know the products are good and I’m very happy with them, but I really ordered these for the case.

    Yea so I'm a huge HUGE dior fan. However I prefer the counters to purchase. Usually with a shopping list of 4-5 items at a time. I am lucky to walk away with 1 maybe 2 items as barely any stock available (apparently they are re-pakageing everything) That ultimately caused me to buy alternatives from rival brands and unlucky for Dior I have fallen in love with the alternatives.
    I feel the grip they once had on me is loosening. I bought 2 large candles and both of them have off centre wicks causing uneven burn and a huge amount of black smoke.
    Last year I spent about 3k on skincare and cosmetics but I'm struggling now to justify the continuous spend. Money is tight for alot of people so I need it to be a justifiable spend.
    If you made it this far thank you. I needed a rant xoxoxo

    Oohhh I just purchased one of the candle stands to use as a cup holder/coaster, still waiting for it to arrive, just wandering if you have been using yours yet as was interested to see how well they hold up with cleaning etc. thanks

      So far.... I am loving using the candle holders as coasters. I have one in every room that I use in the house. I keep a bottle of water next to the bed at night, my daily drinks on the computer desk and the sofa table. All three have been exposed to water/condensation and look just as good as the day that I got them. They are definitely one of my favorite purchases. I hope you love yours when you get them. ♥

      Yep, I have had those issues too. I have to remind myself that 20 years ago, I would have had to get in the car, visit a store and hope they had what I wanted. It's certainly and exercise in patients. LOL

    I don't know if it's just me, but whenever I call customer service I have to wait at least 35 minutes to talk to a rep. I wonder if there is a way to reach their higher ups. I've also ordered in the gift box and it came just regular. When that happens my items always come damaged from shipping. Also does anyone not be able to claim their charms? I have not been able to get them for a month and a half now 🤷🏻‍♀️

      It took me forever to be able to use the code to redeem the phone charm. Unfortunately, I rarely come across a customer service rep who is actually helpful. It seems to be getting worse lately.

      Agreed, it may be expired. There is no rhyme or reason for when the codes end. LUXEGIFT23 is a great code, but it's a $200 minimum spend. Another viewer shared the code and I actually ordered with it, yesterday.
