If Cooper didn't do it … it would be one heck of a coincidence for him to be hiding out in the house next door. The prison is quite a ways from Peyton Drive in Chino Hills. I live in the area so I am quite familiar with that neck of the woods and I remember very well when the murders happened.
@@VolkXue Indeed. 11 judges out of 27 ninth circuit judges in 09 wanted a new hearing, and even one of the ones against him only did so because the AEDPA constrained her.
It would also be evenly distributed. In 4 of the stains taken from the shirt, the DNA corresponded perfectly with the EDTA. That can't be easily dismissed, especially since the judge botched the testing beyond repair.
DNA tests can be a show. For the purpose of misleading. Like DNA testing the hatchet. That has already been touched by all kinds of people including jury members. Ah ha unknown DNA profile. Thats the real killer! Bull shi…. Conviction is based on beyond reasonable doubt. Not on without any doubt.
@@gregalvarez6950 Lee Furrow was in the neighborhhod when Ryen's house was invaded. Furrow is a liar, a braggart, and a murderer. Why are you being rude?
If he didn’t do it then that neighborhood sure had a bad day with 4 people murdered and a escaped inmate holed up in a neighboring house:
I think he's guilty. No one seems able to think for themselves with this case
That vicinity had a bad day; Lee Furrow was close to Ryen's home when it was invaded. Furrow is a liar, a braggart, a murderer, etc.
An escaped inmate within the past year, killed a family of four after escaping.
@@MrJuvefrank yeah, he willingly gave his DNA. Nothing and he had an alibi.

You a re too polite. I'll do you a favor: KEVIN COOPER IS GUILTY AS FUDGE!
@@unwnme Oh, shoot! I love fudge very much. I wish I didn't love a murderer.
Exact same thing happened when a prison inmate escaped from a bus, broke into the house and killed a family of four. that was within the past year
apparently judges have questioned the merits of the investigators on record.

DNA testing stuff that’s been repeatedly touched by other people including jury members. What a waste
Not allowing it is like not allowing inmates convicted of crimes that have been reduced or removed to have those convicted prior to the new law.
The EDTA in the blood sample silver bullet is rather spent. EDTA is found in so many common items like LAUNDRY DETERGENT.

Kavin Cooper 😮
wouldn't you think the family would want no doubt at all? if you are so sure why would you oppose more extensive testing? DNA don't lie!

3 murder weapons and blonde hair clutched in the hand of the girl. So arrrest a single black guy, yeah ok.
he was framed
Nope.
Lee Furrow is a goat; he could have invaded Ryen's home with his buddies and done it.
Maryanne Hugh's he didn't do it get that through your thick skull of yours! I am writing to Governor Jerry Brown.
