Newsome is the only person that needs to be transferred to Chino.
What a weak and emotional statement. Men come up with actual solutions instead of gossiping and reacting like a little girl.
Newsome closed 4 prisons. And cut the budget to correctional facilities. He is 100% responsible for rise in assualt and death increases for both convicts and correction officers.

So, what will? My question is what happens when one half of the country has imprisoned the other half?
Obviously, the population of the prisons is not decreasing, and criminals keep increasing in numbers. Eventually it will get at least very close.
Then there's the blame game. Who can we blame all this misery on? Its easer to blame then it is to work out the problem.

That's a stupid bill. If you are on death row the crime has to be so horrific that money can't touch that pain. And realistically how much are they paying? They only make 50cents to a dollar an hour. So they are paying $230 dollars a year in restitution? What does that pay for? The 1974 RCA TV that was destroyed during the home invasion slaughter? That no one cares about and is long forgotten.
