My burning question now is: How do i communicate my value as a Bookkeeper (the value of my bookkeeping seevice) to businesses in a space where accountants and CPAs are more valued, in-demand and seems to already be providing the service? Where do we fit in? What's our role?
It seems like Bookkeepers are there for busineses who can't afford to hire an account. I don't believe this is true

We are the perfect in between option. Office managers don’t know enough about bookkeeping. Tax accountants don’t have enough time to do bookkeeping. We are the perfect option in between an office manager and a tax accountant.

Do you use cash basis method only? When and why would you decide to do accrual accounting for your client. I understand both methods but I feel depending on their business structure and or industry it would matter. A video on this would rock!
I use accrual method if the client files their taxes on accrual basis

Over the past 12 months, here is how many clients I have onboarded by season.
Winter 2023: 14
Spring 2023: 9
Summer 2023: 6
Fall 2023: 7
Winter 2024: 11
Spring 2024: 17

Interested in your model: You’re averaging about $450/client in MRR, what’s your minimum fee for your clients? How much time do you average per client per week or month?
$250 is my minimum. I average about 15 minutes per client per week.
