Really I cannot believe you continued talking to this scammer after you have lost so much money on this guy. This is madness really. How do you fall in love with someone who is sweet talking you, and looking good in pictures.
This is one of the creepiest voices I’ve heard in a long time. I’ve been alone for ten years and if someone rang me talking like this I would call the cops.
That’s the first thing I thought - the voice is horrifying…to imagine someone spending the money they need for themselves and their granddaughter on that is mind boggling
I had a guy write me on plenty of fish. he told me he was originally born in France then went to New York City for a vacation and met the love of his life and moved to Florida to be with her but she tragically died. now he lives in Missouri which is conveniently close to me but then the next day after we were supposed to meet he had to fly to Sweden because he was a contractor lol

Any man she meets in person should be thoroughly investigated by her family, so that she doesn't end up with some moocher sitting in her house or stealing her money in the USA, too.
Most likely by the same person. Once you have fallen for it once you’re stuck in their trap and they can/will easily just create a new profile, change a couple details in their “story” and start the cycle with you all over again. Sadly it’s very effective too
It is very simple. If they ask for money, it's a scam. I don't care how sweet they are, how sob the story may be, how pitiful they may seem. When they ask for money end all communication.
And ask for large sums of money repeatedly. If he didn't know her, and his crazy stories were true, he'd certainly be able to find some other way to get home on his own. PS: there's all kinds of services available to most homeless people if he was truly homeless.
It’s beyond my comprehension that these people are so gullible, don’t they see red flags? It scares me that they drive and vote!! But I do feel sorry for them.

Because the people tell them too much in the beginning. They know how to touch the persons heart strings. People need to ask God to fill their voids and not people.

Most of these scammer portray themselves as foreign from the beginning. That wasn’t a Nigerian accent, that was a person from Nigeria doing a really bad random European accent.
Yup, they're stupid idiots and horrible liars who pretend to be anybody to those willing to buy their stinking BS, but take note they spell the word damn as "demn" and clarification as "clearification", LOL
What baffles me is when the scammer asks for money clearly for some ridiculous crazy reasons, why not think “how is this my problem?” Someone else’s problems aren’t yours.
In reality that does happen all the time. Especially working in different countries with shady governments. They'll "red tape" you right out of business.
Exactly! None of these successful business people have any partners, colleagues, investors, or connections with money that can bail them out. They always need Mary from the Mid-west to save the day.
The ticket plainly says Istanbul to San Francisco on the right side. Be careful or you may also be scammed one day because you didn’t read correctly. 😂
So she has an affair and is mad the scammer is dishonest? Instead of being attentive to her husband she focused that energy on a made up person? Delusion is powerful.
You know you don’t need to say “stick around to the end” in every video, if people have gotten to that halfway point they will most likely want to see the ending, they are already invested
I just cannot believe that people still fall for the same old story that scammers have been saying forever. It actually makes me sick that with all the information out there that people still fall for their BS!
I love how she claims to be “doing God’s work” by helping someone out, as if it’s just her intention to be kind. She’s essentially paying for his affection and she knows it. She’s not being altruistic. Just be real about it lady.
She's in denial and doesn't want to admit that she wasted all of her hard earned money on a scammer. It's a lot easier to act like you were doing charity rather than wasting your money on an asshole.
Well the Bible says you should send money to young, attractive people, but you shouldn't expect to meet them because they tend to have troubles at the airport
I am just trying to wrap my brain around this. The stories and the constant problems that these men always seem to be in even sounds like bullshit. It goes to show you that when people are lonely, feeling unloved, and insecure, you will fall for anything. Really a sad position to be in.
Money can't buy you a genuine, loving and caring relationship. It's delusional to entertain the idea that somebody will love you truly because you keep sending or giving them money.
When they TOLD her not to send more money to them her expression literally said: ''No, I'm going to send it and just nod for you right now''. I know this look, I have parents and employers.
You can tell she's addicted to believing his lies because she acts like a child when they ask her to promise not to send any more $. They are requesting this FOR HER OWN GOOD, but she still sends it.

Not to be harsh but it blows my mind how readily unattractive people believe that some beautiful, perfect person online is interested in them. Generally speaking, successful and attractive people seek relationships with other successful and attractive people.
You are not harsh, just totally realistic. Im by far from Miss America and if a young hot guy messaged me and said all those things, I would know 100% scam! It would be different story if I was a multi billionaire. It still blows my mind that these women fall for it. You cant pay bills with gift cards. I still find these shows very entertaining.

There is something absolutely unattractive about a grown a$$ male asking for money, even if they’re asking to borrow. My 16 year old son never borrowed money off me. He made his own. Spent his own. These scammers are looking for online sugar Mumma’s and daddy’s without the physical benefits.
I know. I’m old school about men asking for money or who don’t seem to have any career direction or ambition. Because for so many men it is how they compete with other men. So it’s a entire battalion of red flags to me.
I know!! It's such a huge turn off to have a man asking you for money. I cant respect a man who would ask to borrow from me. If I was a guy, even if I didnt have enough to eat I ld rather starve than ask my gf for money!
Why can't these scammers be more creative? "I love you babe, I love you my queen, "I am stuck in Turkey and can't finish my job without tools" These are blatant RED FLAGS...
The phone audio w/ these cases is alllllways the creepiest thing I’ve ever heard & it’s always in stark contrast to the age/demeanor/personality conveyed by the person in the photo. Consistently. Never fails.
What's sad is that inspite of being warned by her own children, she went ahead... How can someone trust an outsider than their own kin? It's only her to be blamed.
Some people are like that, they see it as being independent. I had a fiance that would never believe anything I said and would say she'd have to look into it to make sure it was correct cos "you aren't always right you know". If a stranger she met in the supermarket told her something it was gospel cos "why would they lie to me".
because she wants to believe it. People believ in stuff all the time that is ridiculous but they need it to be true so bad that they let themselves think its true.

They told her not to send any more, and she sent more. The loneliness, desperation and gullibility of these victims is so sad. At the same time, they are brave for showing/telling their stories. I really hope these videos prevent others from being scammed.
She is not being brave. She is at her wits end because she still thinks there is a chance the person is real and can't fully find out on her own. Very sad, very desperate is more the issue.
It's wild to me that when asked to stop sending money to this person who everyone in their life has told them is a scammer, she laughs and says "what am I gonna do about next week?" I feel so bad for some of these people. Can we get them an AI chatbot to fall in love with and spend all their time talking to instead of these scammers who constantly want to take their money?
Certainly now scammers are going to use AI also combined with AI video to scam people who would have been never been scammed without AI. I think you should guard yourself for the AI dystopia that is about to happen.
I think it’s ironic she conveniently said she has an irl date right after the investigators told her the truth about her scanner bf. Where was this person all along?!

And she had a big support system already if she didn’t want to pay a “random person”
As Bre said, she's giving this guy money without knowing who he is...SERIOUSLY!!.
This woman acts like it's no biggie that she got scammed over 20k crazy 😧
She's probably in shock hearing this and doesn't know how to react. I'm sure she probably broke down after hanging up and realizing the truth of what happened
River in Egypt
The childish giggling and eye covering...sigghhhh
She comes across as pretty dense. She said they looked alike!!??
Easier to scam people than to get a job. he played her like a fiddle
That is his job: scamming.
That IS his job.
That is his job
These people run these scams like a job. They work in teams, 24/7.
As soon as a guy asks for money, block him. I never send money to anyone.
Adult men have only one thing to do, and that is to make money. So each who asks for money are scam. So sad.
She wanted a divorce when talking to this scammer. Her husband was right to get out of that. she wants to throw away 14 years of marriage to a rando online that she has never met, I’d let her go too.👏🏾
They told her not to send any more, and she sent more. The loneliness, desperation and gullibility of these victims is so sad. At the same time, they are brave for showing/telling their stories. I really hope these videos prevent others from being scammed.
She wasnt alone, they only call these guys because they want the confirmation about their relation.
Its just another way to get attention
She is not being brave. She is at her wits end because she still thinks there is a chance the person is real and can't fully find out on her own. Very sad, very desperate is more the issue.
Her excuse was that it was already scheduled to go. Why couldn’t she unschedule it?
I think it's narcissism not bravery. These people have zero filters
People are SO desperate to be flattered and given attention. It’s crazy. That’s how these scammers get rich off their victims being so desperate!!
At 58 I’m a frequent target-never come across ONE genuine.
I’m happy to stay on my own rather than deal with liars
How about the one’s who just deny the evidence offered & continue being scammed?
You can see they just WON’T believe it unless Hell freezes over
She gets her self esteem from rescuing and helping him. She was even panicked that she would have to hold off on sending him money for a week.
It's wild to me that when asked to stop sending money to this person who everyone in their life has told them is a scammer, she laughs and says "what am I gonna do about next week?"
I feel so bad for some of these people.
I don't feel sorry for fools.
Why do u feel bad 4 these ppl?
She was married and she got what she deserves 😮
You can barely trust people you meet in person, much less online
Tell it
We're not even one minute in and I can tell the scammer is Nigerian. Are you kidding me?
'I love you so MUSH.'
BABE! I need a favor
maybe they only hear what the voice says and not how it sounds, delusional old idiots
Same. Thank god I had kids with Nigerians, cuz I can recognize them a mile away
@@paisleyprincess7996 same girl!
I think it’s ironic she conveniently said she has an irl date right after the investigators told her the truth about her scanner bf. Where was this person all along?!
A language fee sounds totally fake.
