Hey guys, I was wondering if you guys could help me on trouble a belt drive on my hyosung gv 650... it makes a weird noise from what seems around the front belt pulley.
check tension, alignment and check if the bent shim is holding the pulley nut properly. its not out of the ordinary to have some noise when spinning without load..
dude, maybe it is drive shaft bearing. You should remove pulley and try to move shaft up and down, if he is moving you have trouble and need to replace bearing.
