You are absolutely legend man! Hair tool keeps getting better and better and honestly I cannot imagine doing my work without this. Thank you so much for all the hard work to make it the best hair modelling tool ever.
I find short hair system is the most useful for making fur, but I wish you could add more modifiers to it, embed root option and snap to surface would be really helpful. But anyways, your plugin is a huge time saver. Thank you very much for making Hair Tool!!!
It may not look like but this - joseconseco.github.io/HairTool_3_Documentation/main_workflows/hair_with_track_mesh/ is very similar to 'short hair' modeling, and comes with ability to add all possible deformers on top, customize density etc. ua-cam.com/video/TvBw2eGsky4/v-deo.html . The only difference is - instead of spawning haircards directly from mesh edges, it will spawn hair all over the mesh - with random distribution. But the workflow is quite similar - you sculpt the guide mesh, to combe the hair.
I will add preset like this to hair library, so that you will be able to see how its done. I already showed how it work on HT discord, but I got lost in past messages
is there any way to make profiles unique? I clicked the button thats supposed to do it but every time I change something, it still changes it on the other layer.

Hello, I am using blender 3.6 and hair tool 3.1, when I want to draw the hair with the mouse at the same time by pressing the letter "d" it says: "report error: Execution error,NoneType, object has no attribute"outputs", the version of this tool is not compatible with blender 3.6? Or do I have to enable some other function in blender? Could you guide me? Thank you very much in advance.
It should work ok. Try updating addon using build-in auto-updater to version 3.2 . If it still wont work then use discord.gg/cxZDbqH - for more support. btw. are you using english version of blender? I remember fixing error with drawing, that was related to users using non english blender version.
There is difference between understanding new information and retaining/remembering it. You may have understood the video, but if you do not remember it after 30 mins - then you did not retained it.
