To make this delicious turkey wings light soup, you will need:
1kg fresh turkey wings
1kg smoked turkey wings
2 large onions
3 midium carrots
1 green bell papper
1 red bell pepper
2 hot scotch bonnets
2 thumb size ginger
2 chicken stock cubes
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp boulion powder
1 tsp spice blend
