Yeah that’s something I’ve noticed too. Debates sometimes don’t really work, it can sometimes cause the person to close their hearts. To get to people is through love. When people can see that you genuinely love on them then it will open up their hearts to what you are saying. Sometimes debates can be seen as not really loving on the person and can sometimes make the person feel like you just want to prove a point.

He never said don't repent. Repentance is a change of mind but you have become aware of sin and what Christ has done for you. True repentance bears fruit. So you begin to not want to do what you used to because of the Holy Spirit that dwells in you once you've received Christ.

Jesus did not teach that in his parables. Nor did James and the disciples believed that. They continued to believe what Jesus taught of salvation being repentance, faith, obedience and works after God's grace and mercy which is what all the prophets taught and is what makes sense. Jesus being a sacrificial lamb is a pagan concept men borrowed after Jesus to recast him into to make the religion more palatable to pagans.

The Jehovah's Witness bible is a faulty translation. Don't read it! The King James is good, but the language is really old. So try the New King James, the English Standard Version, The New American Standard Version, for example. These are not "different versions" of the Bible, they are just translations. Google the "Bible Hub", and see all the translations there are into different languages. And start reading the New Testament. (But the Old Testament is also wonderful to read.)

The sound you use and edit in is very loud and startles me every time, now I notice myself lowering the volume in anticipation for it to happen again so I can lower the volume. First off, she’s a very respectful person, and I agree that a debate probably wouldn’t have changed her mind because she seems strong in her faith. You made a great point, though-when you brought up your book, she didn’t have much of a response, just said she believes in her God because she does. When I debate Muslims, it’s not always about converting that specific person, but more for the viewers who are watching and comparing both sides. They see that my answers make more sense, and some even convert. So, I think debates can be useful, as long as they’re respectful and open dialogues. It’s not a bad thing.

Yeah that’s something I’ve noticed too. Debates sometimes don’t really work, it can sometimes cause the person to close their hearts. To get to people is through love. When people can see that you genuinely love on them then it will open up their hearts to what you are saying. Jesus did not teach that in his parables. Nor did James and the disciples believed that. They continued to believe what Jesus taught of salvation being repentance, faith, obedience and works after God's grace and mercy which is what all the prophets taught and is what makes sense. Jesus being a sacrificial lamb is a pagan concept men borrowed after Jesus to recast him into to make the religion more palatable to pagans.

The scrolls are not different. The scrolls are older than Islam and were confirmed to be accurate to the translations we read today. It’s obvious they haven’t actually researched and are just going off what they were told. Praying that they soften their hearts to seek the truth🙏🏽

Hello please don’t take this comment personal. It’s have had other creators really lash out at me for constructive criticism/feedback. But for example @ 6:38 in the editing when you’re putting up scripture on the screen. The sound you use and edit in is very loud and startles me every time, now I notice myself lowering the volume in anticipation for it to happen again so I can lower the volume. (Very light & sound sensitive viewer here) I’m sure majority of people won’t relate to this comment but even maybe lowering the volume on the sound when editing it in… 🙏🏻 who knows you will probably disregard this comment and that is fair too.
Great video. I really love these types of conversations, my niece is 15 (she is so precious & special to me) most of her friends of many years are Muslim. So she often will have questions for me in regard to my beliefs and her friends and how they differ.
First off, she’s a very respectful person, and I agree that a debate probably wouldn’t have changed her mind because she seems strong in her faith. You made a great point, though-when you brought up your book, she didn’t have much of a response, just said she believes in her God because she does. When I debate Muslims, it’s not always about converting that specific person, but more for the viewers who are watching and comparing both sides. They see that my answers make more sense, and some even convert. So, I think debates can be useful, as long as they’re respectful and open dialogues. It’s not a bad thing.
