I love videos like this, I sometimes get tempted by the pretty looking clothes in instagram ads, so it's great to get a reality check as to how much of a waste of time and/or money it would be :)
They are and on insta, the influencers have a lot on their side. Lighting. Good set. And clothing that the manufacturer sent them to push, so they’re the best stuff that company can possibly turn out. That’s not what you’ll be getting. I lived in China briefly and I noticed that lots of people were really adventurous when it came to fashion. Like lots of interesting shapes and lines and patterns. But everything looked really cheap. And it really did say something about how they didn’t have a lot of money, but made up with being innovative. Now when I see all these suckers running around in their Shein or Boohoo or Pretty Little Things or whatever, I’m reminded of that. Just nowhere near as innovative. They all look poor. For those who genuinely are. Ok, I’m glad you have affordable options. But for the most part this look is so is ironic because they’re probably racing to buy as much as they can to show off how many $3 tops they can “afford” to haul. The whole thing smacks of pitiful desperation.

I’ve got two jackets that suit 4 seasons. A slim Patagonia puffer ($250 ish) and an Arc’teryx gore tex shell ($300 ish) that sounds expensive but I’ve had both for about five years and they’re as good as they were when I got them. Shell can be worn year round as a rain jacket. Patagonia suits to a fairly chilly temp. But since she shell is also windproof, all I have to do is wear it over the puffer and it suits down to about -20C or lower (and no, as most of the world, I don’t do imperial. If you don’t do metric, google a converter. Basically it’s pretty fucking cold) I also spent $100 on my mittens about five years ago. They’re also gore tex and are incredibly warm and windproof, waterproof, come with liners for warmer weather, and boom. Don’t need 500 pair of sub standard gloves. This is how you shop. I’d never go back to cheap fast fashion. It costs so much more over time.

Thanks! Sorry to hear your experience was similar to mine though D:
I also ordered 3 things from the TechWear Club (sweater, belt, finger gloves) the sweater wasn’t really as good as I expected. But there was nothing wrong with the belt and finger gloves, they were even good. I don’t think it’s worth buying clothes from them (this video also proves) but accessories maybe.
I was gonna buy but then Zara decided to whip out this amazing techwear line of clothing in Spain so now im good.
the random text sounds like those Japanese translations you find around japan for the Americans lol
I see these guys a lot on ads on my FB and I was thinking of getting some pants...
but ty, Not a chance in hell now am I wasting my money. I'll be watching the rest of ya content on these.

If only everything arrived with me quicker!
the green ones look so good on you, albeit a tad tight but you made it look nice, especially with the socks matching cuffs.

Everybody gangster till Lock Combat Groud shows up
Hypewear- worn by those who don't have a good body, thus wearing such hype clothes masks the insecurity
This is basically an indirect reminder, that good clothes cost a lot more than you expect. Was minda shocked when I first got into fashion, but it is what it is.
You saved me! I was curious enough to search UA-cam about "Techwear Club" and honestly didn't expect to see this video. So... really thanks for saving my money.
No matter how cool you think you look. “Tech” clothing is just clown clothes with extra steps
Fax it looks so corny bruh💀
I was right about to buy from this website as a Christmas gift for myself! Thank god I searched them up.
Tasteful choice of music
Finding another Persona 5 fan who is into fashion
good thing i watched this before buying anything, i was considering it when it came up in a add
Some retailers like this go a bit further and change the tags to their own too, so don't get too excited if you see a custom one, it's probably still from alibaba
4:00 lmao 🤣 I knew exactly how they're going to look like, was not disappointed. All this latex looking stuff looks like it's made out of a trash back once you put it on.
i can’t stop staring at that illuminated water bottle on the left side. it’s so pretty. 😂
I did buy a couple of these items thinking it’ll get better each times but no it’s a shame honestly thinking you’ll receive something but turns out it’s completely different
i've seen bad techwear but these dropshippers take it to the next level lol
I am actually quite charmed by the Combat Groud pledge. 😂
The co-ordinates printed on the jacket send you to a random parking lot in Guangzhou, across the road from an elementary school.
I just get American Eagle, I have cargo joggers that look like those black pants and they actually fit right like the photo. Best part is that they are actually quality pants that last for years.
I was considering buying something like the cool cloaks and robes which are pretty expensive. Decided to go check their legitimacy. Glad to encounter this video and not get scammed / a disappointment of a cloak
Glad this helped!
Comin in hot with the Leblanc theme, that game is a fucking masterpiece
