    I started a new job it's physically and mentally demanding. I'm.surpised how I don't feel hunger at work. I've learnt to forget about food have water.I think I can look forward to my dinner. It seems to be working. Baby steps people .

      Some people only eat one meal a day, and that's enough food for them.

    If you’re are poor you sometimes rely on social services and they had us sometimes foods that are not in our best interest for sprayed with chemicals and are not organic! I got holistic and became very conscious of what I ate on a certain type of schedule and learn to eat very lean. Very limited meet maybe Walter twice a month. but we are being poisoned with process foods and all kinds of illusions that are not right for us in the USA where we are being brainwashed to eat out. We have an epidemic of obesity and diabetes. I am trying to lose weight and get back to my regimen, but it is very hard being on the budget that I am.! I have gratitude watching and prayers that it does happen soon 🔜 the return of my vigor and a few pounds off🎉

      Look up about mind set reset this will help u alter your thoughts. Yes being on a budget is hard as I am others. But allow your brain to be told I don't need as much food as you use to. It can will help you Best wishes

      @@theangel9525 Yes 🙌 I’m recalibrating even now just starting the mental preparation to start like a review before I start my program. I’ve been doing it and other areas but, the food is the one I know there’s a hard one too! And reset the mind. It’s the sugars and cravings that will hit, but I’m dealing with some other health issues. I’m 65 thank you so much.🤩🥰🥳
