My Narwal Freo "WITH" the water line and drain line accessory added is a game changer. The accessory pops right inside the unit and was simple simple simple to install with the water line and drain line from/in my luandry room sink. I don't touch any tanks, and as long as the battery is charged, it can run and run and run. The app it uses is out standing, I easily setup no go zones,(like don't run over my power cord to my chair) divided rooms, or set the times to run and how many times to mop each room. Yes it will mop a room 1, 2. or even 3 times before moving on to the next.

I also only use the Mop mode, I have my other Shark Robot Vac with self cleaning do the vacuuming ....then let the Narwal do the rest. So one vacs, and this mops.

Overall narwal seems a good choice but there are 2 major down sides to it which made me cancel my order from amazon:
1- No dust suction in the station
2- and most importantly, you have to pay $40 Canadian to buy the mopping detergent and the worst part is you have to buy Narwal detergent only!!

How does the vacuum performance compare between the two? I just got a J7+ Combo and a little let down by the mopping feature as it’s basically just a swifter that doesn’t seem very saturated even after setting it to max water.

Vacuum performance is slightly better on the J7+ but it's very slight. The Freo is much better at mopping though. It's been able to remove even sticky stains like syrup and honey from my floors where as the J7+ requires multiple passes and still a hand cleaning in the end.

That’s actually pretty funny. I just tried it and got the same thing lol. It’s because the vacuum is already discounted $400 and the code is for additional perks like extra solution. I’ll reach out to them to clarify but that’s what I’m assuming. During Prime Day it was discounted $500.

I'm having a hard time with the app. as soon I uploaded the app, it asked for my email & verification code which I NEVER got. help.
