i see my mistake now, i just replaced the engine mounts, but that little mount its going on the engine, not in the transmission..... and my flex discs gotta be worn out as welll....
i been looking 5 years for this....

hopefully mounts will last a while. had very bad experience with Lemfoerder "Made in China" parts.

If I remember correctly, you have to remove the rear section of the exhaust, the heat shield, and the driveshaft
