@@HITMAN80g That's one weird way to defend a personal preference by criticising others' preferences, while I didn't at all. If you dig foamers, all the power to you. It's just not premium. It's foam.
Do you want him to personalise a keyboard for your liking so you won't be bored out of your mind scrolling through keyboard videos for too long everyday? You throw shade at foamy keyboards then act like your statement was never ill intended. I'd recommend thinking before commenting that usually works for the rest of us.
@@Junnicorn Did I ask for someone to build a keyboard according to my taste? No. Do I only watch keyboard content on UA-cam and scroll through it for hours as though this was Tik Tok? Absolutely not. I have better things to do. Did I throw shade at foamy keyboards? Also no. I merely explained what this video is showcasing: how to make a keyboard sound like any other foamy keyboards, which isn't premium. It's just foam. You know this fact as much as I do. Don't make yourself offended on purpose just to feel validated. You need to calm down mate. So much toxicity in life cannot be healthy.
The guy has a handful of videos on his channel, and they're all budget related keyboard mods. You think he needed a guy to make a "much needed" alternative title from you? If you actually encouraged people getting into the hobby instead of being "right" with statements like that, then i wouldn't be so toxic. But then again im the toxic one, not you :)
What is the benefit of the cotton ball mod in this keyboard? I have done all the mods except this one. Would it make a difference if I add this mod in my keyboard too? Many Thanks!
It helps reduce echoing in the keyboard, and basically it does the same job as normal foam. You can try adding cotton balls into your keyboard to see how it changes the sound profile and see whether you like it or not
If you’re talking about how I removed the pcb from the case, its gasket mounted so there’s no screws, I just had to pry the keyboard apart at the connection points
Alternative title: make a cheap keyboard sound like foam & every other keyboards
what happened about "preferences" in this hobby ? should we turn into consumerism and spend 10k+ for scratchy and pingy windowkeyless keyboards ?

@@jeeonch If i added foam, then is there no reason to add this mod then? Thank you for responding to my previous question btw.
@@zanealcazar5579you can try to swap the foams out or try and add the cotton balls along with the foam to see how it changes your keyboard’s sound
amazing.
I'm just worried about fire safety with the amount of cotton it is inside.
I've been using it since I've made this video and it's been working fine :)
