I did test out this microphone with my PS4 this weekend and it worked fine. I was able to also use the mute functionality when connected to the PS4, so you should be alright to use it!
Ideally, I would recommend something better as this is more of a budget microphone. It may not pick up vocals in the way that is necessary for covers. Unless, you are planning to use this in an area that is damped and prepped for audio recordings. Others have also noticed a slight buzzing, which was apparent with my demo. This depends on the configuration you want to set up for the microphone, If you plug your headphones directly into the microphone, you will get audio monitoring where you can hear yourself directly only. If you were to plug in the headphones directly into your machine, you would be able to hear the audio of the apps you are using. My apologies for the late response. You may need to change your sound output settings on your PC so that the audio can come out of your speakers. Does your PC have speakers?
I'm trying to connect it to a boom arm I have the 5/8 3/8 adapter thing but I don't know how to disconnect the microphone from the stick could you please help me.
I can certainly try to help you out here. To disconnect the microphone from the stand, you just need to loosen up the knob which then should allow you to screw off the microphone off the stand.

My apologies for the late response. I just tried this out this weekend and was able to get it to function. Did you plug the USB A end to the microphone?
@CrewElite Yeah, I bought it off Amazon. The only problem is that the screw on the side that adjusts the angle on the side of the mic came off, and I tried to twis it back on, but it wouldn't. It just kept loose.
I would recommend getting it replaced since you just got it. That should not be something you should deal with using this microphone. I think they may have sent you a slightly broken one.
@CrewElite Yeah, I was going to return it since the mic was low in height, and it would hurt my neck. I had a maono pd200x, but my dad got rid of it, and it was the best. Luckily, my mom felt bad, so she ordered a more decent microphone she found.

No. This microphone is cheap and nasty. It's also a blatant copy of the fifine mic. What's worse is there are plenty of other nobody companies (NJSJ being one of them) releasing this exact same microphone with only a simple name change being the difference. If you're living on absolute minimum wage, I might recommend it, bur otherwise dont bother. Save up for an actually good microphone from big brands like shure for example. Quality can not, and will not be beat in terms of microphones.
Totally agree with you! I try to review a wide range of decent to budget products for all types of people. It's an ok microphone for its price but depending on your use, you may want to look at other options as well.

This depends as it may pick up on that noise especially right next to these devices. Most budget mics will get this ambient noise in the recording.

Unfortunately, I do not know, but I do know it works with PS4. Based off Amazon, It does say it doesn't work with XBOX.
