Thank you, Peter! Yes, it is my regular training whit heavy kettlebells. I have one of it in a week. Another session i have whit light weight KBs (kettlebellsport like training). And one day per week i have training in gym whit barbell (bench press and standing overhad press). In total per week i have 3 training sessions.
Hello Master Yaroslaw ! May I have a question for You ? I have never had a fatbell before, I know how it looks, I know that it can be kept also both hands by edges. My question - is it suitable for grip,wrist, forearm strengthening ? With kettlebells is pronation, supination, risers on matt for instance. If yes, what exercise, which weight ? Thank you for your help and kindness - my great respect from Wroclaw Poland !
Hi Richard! I think it's bad idea to use fatbells for grip training. The range of motion whit FBs is limited. The handle of FBs is centred and the load will be evenly distributed. When you training with KBs or axe this does not happen, so grip will develop much better.

@@stayshredded I think, i used it like bumbells. For exemple to doing iron cross exercises. Something like that, but i didn't training with bumbells above 10 yers :)

@@FenrirPrime я в свое время тоже с плеч толкал, но потом оказалось что с груди мне легче поднимать. По этому я изменил технику и поднимаю так.
