For me it seems like conservative women on average are little bit hotter, than liberal leftist women are. Still of course ugly and preatty people can be found in both sides, but people who are modest, behave well, dress well, dont speak over others, can think for themselves and think through logic are typically better looking, than people who have angry loud outbursts, are obnoxious to listen to their voice and think they are with arrogance right about everything. The first one is more found in conservative women, while they second one is more found in liberal leftist women and for that conclusion on average conservative women tend to be better looking, because the liberal leftist women are so hateful and arrogant and typically make them look worse with how they dress and use makeup.

I still would prefer a religious, Christian woman over a secular one any day considering that religious women are inherently more feminine: when old men were given testosterone they became LESS religious, not more (which would explain why women generally are more religious than men). Another thing to point out is that hygiene and self care/self respect are really important for your outward appearance. For these people who believe their bodies are the wrong gender, or they think deodorant is patriarchal, or that they have self worth by showing off their bodies in public and on Only Fans, but then feed into the "body positivity" movement which goes too far and allows people to think that their health and exercise doesn't matter....
They are going to look significantly different from someone who values their body by dressing respectably, exercises consistently, is willing to share a smile, and who likes to smell good.

I lived in San Francisco in the 90’s and early 2000’s and there was a radio announcer named Ron Owens. He was an older gentleman who had every major politician on his show for decades. He wrote a book in the late early 2000’s called “somewhere in the middle” talking about how times were then becoming more divisive and most people landed somewhere in the middle and were less vocal about their politics. Anyway, he told a story in the book that Republicans were often funnier and more light hearted while Democrats were more serious and even angry.
We have seen the right move further right during the Tea Party movement in the Bush years and further right during the MAGA YEARS. Democrats moved more to the extreme left in the last decade.
I believe that extreme right and extreme left leaning political people look equally in contempt and miss the days when most folks were somewhere in the middle.
Ron Owens had a great show & loved Bill Wattenberg as well. I feel the Republican party is more diverse than the Democrat party that seems to be more hive minded.

I'm a young conservative minded woman, and honestly, although I would rate myself a 4 on the looks scale, most men I talk to place me around an 8. While I politely disagree, pretty much any single man I talk to comments on how nice it is to talk with a woman that's kind, understanding, and genuinely happy for others. Believe me, I have my flaws and struggles, but it seems to me men can often overlook those weaknesses and just love and appreciate you if you have a good heart and you want to support them. I developed better habits stopped being friends with men-hating women who did OF. Stopped going on dating apps. This reminds me of a high school graduation to college graduation photo comparison of a girl that became a gender studies major. She went from a fit, 8/10 modest and attractive young woman to a green-haired, half-bald, underweight, and promiscuous leftist that could barely break 3/10. Maybe that is another component of this research.
Aww that makes me so sad. I dated a girl like this back in highschool. When we were seniors, she was beautiful, easily an 8/10 possibly a 9. We broke up when she went to a different college to get a liberal arts type degree... 5 years later she is so skinny, like worryingly so, her skin looks like it's aged 20 years, tons of tattoos and piercings including her septum, and she is constantly posting pictures of herself with different men at bars all the time. The girl I once dated is just... gone.
Every guy (and perhaps every lesbian?) out there has a story like this. I dated an 8.5 but after seeing her 10 years later she became a vegan leftist! She's got a pear-shaped body now, her skin and hair aged 20 years and I can never find a recent picture of her smiling. Her boyfriend looks like the typical soy-boy type. Sad!

They reject all the traditional standards of beauty and instead adopt the group-think standards of 'be whatever you want so long as it conforms to our standards'.
Conservative people do tend to "look" more attractive because they aren't miserable all the time. Not all conservatives are inherently pretty but the confidence and self-reliance that conservative values engender in people go a long way towards making someone more pleasant to be around.

This is actually very interesting. I feel what makes people attractive is their overall attitude. If you think about it happy people are more attractive and make other people want to talk to them because they are happy. Most people that I know are conservative and are happy and easy to talk to. I think conservative women tend to be more attractive because they seem to take better care of themselves and take responsibility. Whereas liberal women are fed the message “your perfect the way you are” , while the message may help those sweating the small stuff (scars,a tooth gap, snorting laugh,etc) it sends the message you shouldn’t have to put in the effort to improve yourself in anyway.

There is a sparkle in the eyes of most conservatives I know. For women especially, I have met some objectively unattractive women in my life, but actually developed a crush on them because of their nurturing, accepting, loving integrity, kindness, and a heart for those in need.

Ever since I started thinking more conservatively, I noticed my skin's cleared up, I've lost over 30lbs, my hair stopped falling out, and the dark circles under my eyes are gone. Such an improvement that I don't really wear makeup much anymore. My husband also says I'm more pleasant to be around.
Yeah I noticed it too for me, but it was when I pulled "leftward", the reason being I was religiously dogmatic (not saying being religious is bad, but too much is as well as with everything else).

Exercise is a great a way to release fear, tension, and anxiety. It's easy to feel overwhelmed with the media madness of today but working out is a good way to channel those feelings in a healthy way. I find yoga poses and deep breathing help me to focus more on well-being rather than fretting over problems beyond my control.

When I was younger I was manipulated into thinking I was a boy (ima bio female and AM a female) I cut my hair and everything socially traditioned and life was worse people around me told me it was right and that I am so “strong and inspiring” because of it but the truth was life was worsened for me. I remember counting down the days to get testosterone and move out. I was told that because my mom and dad would not buy it for me that they were abusing me. Then I found you and my gosh THANK GOODNESS I did! I found the TRUTH of the matter and realized my mom and dad were hero’s in not bending to society and getting me it. My life would be ruined if they did. Thanks for doing what you do! I’m growing my hair back out (it’s already at my chin) and have become super happy and confident in my self knowing I’m just a girl who likes things that “a boy dose” aka im a tomboy not a trans man

This is what conservatives like me call "trans genocide", the irreversible sterilization of kids that are just a little confused during puberty. Suddenly they told those kids that their parents are monsters for trying to protect them and what is terrifying for me, sometimes they succed.

Same. I have been friends with left wing girls who are attractive. But once I dig deeper into their character, it’s utterly repulsive and I don’t feel comfortable being with them anymore. I now tend to interact with more conservative people even if my beliefs don’t align with theirs, because they actually have some chill and don’t make everything , especially disagreements, a big deal.

The most attractive thing about a person is their personality. For me, a woman with a great personality and eager smile trumps another who is physically gorgeous. One of my friends used to tell me when I was a young man on the prowl that 'No matter how beautiful she is, remember that somewhere there is a man that is sick of her sh!t". It was a good reminder to not just look at the physical appeal or a woman, consider the whole thing.
I've noticed in my life that "the prettiest woman out there are those who don't know it." It seems like a lot of women want 2 look hot. I'm not interested in hot women, pretty - definitely. ... I don't think hollywood gets it, but what's new there.

Conservatives tend to understand that naturally, while liberals get frustrated they cannot change everything outside the circle while not changing anything within it. Is it any surprise that people who focus on improving things within their control are happier and more fulfilled, and thus more attractive, than people who obsess over things out of their control?
Well said. I find it easy to get overwhelmed with the mass hysteria of today's media, but turning it off and focusing on the things in my own circle (friends, family, health, wellness) allows me to be more calm and in control of my life. Instead of chasing the unobtainable utopia, try living in the present and counting your blessings. Yes, things suck now but things also change. And when you start counting the things you *do* have in life, those blessings tend to multiply.
It really is that simple. The left want the whole world to change for them. The right understand that they have to change for the world. It doesn't take a genius to figure out which side is gonna be more attractive and happier.

I have noticed when people from my generation were young, they had a tendency to be more liberal; however, now that we have gotten older those same people have slowly gone to conservatism.
